The most severely affected location in the entire apocalyptic disaster!

After all, most of the infected, still in the incubation phase and unaware of the truth, would naturally choose to go to a hospital for treatment.

Taking advantage of the chaos during the outbreak.

The United Government’s SEAL Team 6 barged boldly into the isolated, defenseless Sacred Heart Hospital!

And now?

Almost all the zombies in the hospital had already been wiped out by SEAL Team 6!

Thanks to their ferocious efficiency, the hospital was basically cleared of zombie hordes!

Not only that— The antivirus serum Li Yiming so desperately needed…

wasn’t taken away by the SEAL team.

Why?

Because their mission—failed.

Even though they used heavy weapons and had air support, and even though they eliminated most regular zombies, when they reached the final floor where the virus sample was stored.

They ran into a nightmare.

A man over two meters tall, wearing a thick military coat and a top hat,

blocked their path.

This man was none other than— The Tyrant, a bioweapon secretly developed by Umbrella Corp!

As a perfect host for the T-virus, the Tyrant’s power was simply monstrous.

Despite having advanced weapons and aerial support, SEAL Team 6 was completely annihilated by the Tyrant!

Just imagine…

The SEAL Unit was the most elite special force under the United Government in the comic!

And among them, SEAL Team 6 was the most elite squad of all.

Yet even under heavy firepower, the Tyrant managed to completely annihilate all 30 members of SEAL Team 6!

Even the helicopter providing air support from the perimeter was taken down by the Tyrant!

And here’s where things got even more absurd—

After the Tyrant took down the helicopter, the pilot, in a last act of desperation,

steered the falling chopper straight into the Tyrant!

With an explosion that echoed through the entire city of Wangxiong.

The seemingly invincible Tyrant was killed by the very helicopter he had just shot down.

Captain Macmillan called it a pro move.

Back when he read that part, Li Yiming had been completely speechless.

“You just wanted to let Shen Feiyan pick up the loot, didn’t you? But did you really have to waste such a cool-looking Tyrant like that?”

Still, it was precisely thanks to that slapdash bit of writing from the author…

That Li Yiming was feeling so relaxed right now!

At this moment, he was driving a car he’d scavenged off the street, calmly and steadily making his way toward Sacred Heart Hospital.

The road conditions weren’t exactly ideal.

Cars were parked haphazardly, many with doors still open, as if their drivers had vanished mid-exit.

Some vehicles hadn’t even had their engines turned off.

The sheer chaos of the scene made one thing clear— The disaster had hit very suddenly.

These abandoned vehicles had turned the roads into a nightmare to navigate.

On top of that, the occasional zombie wandered the streets, preventing Li Yiming from picking up much speed.

But no matter how bad the roads were— Five hours was more than enough time to reach Sacred Heart Hospital and scavenge what he needed!

According to the comic— the most iconic feature of the hospital was the giant cross standing tall on its rooftop.

And right now, Li Yiming could already see that massive cross with his own eyes!

From his estimate, he was just a few blocks away from Sacred Heart Hospital!

Better still— The virus inside him had left him with plenty of time.

He still had four hours and thirty-two minutes before losing consciousness and mobility!

Just as he was mentally tracking the time.

A zombie suddenly slammed onto his car’s hood!

“Ughhhhhh!!”

Its entire body was rotting, and its bloody hands pounded wildly on the windshield.

It was clearly hurt from the collision— but its bloodthirsty instincts hadn’t diminished in the slightest!

It let out a guttural, animalistic snarl, dragging its broken leg as it limped toward him.

But Li Yiming had no intention of waiting for it to come to him.

After mentally prepping himself— he charged forward, and with a clean motion, swung a punch straight at the zombie’s face!
