Towel. Little. But she didn’t tell Yisela to stop.
Yisela finished wiping Seraphina’s back, then moved in front of her and dipped the towel again. She hadn’t wiped the front yet.
Seraphina was a little taken aback, but before she could say anything, the warm towel was already on her collarbone.
Yisela’s movements were unexpectedly serious. The towel followed her collarbone down inch by inch. Seraphina’s body couldn’t help but shiver.
“You touched me when you washed me earlier, too.”
Yisela kept her head down, the tips of her ears red enough to drip blood, but she didn’t stop her hands. Seraphina said nothing. She just gently pressed the back of her hand against her own lips to keep from making a sound.
“All done.”
“Your turn.”
Yisela giggled and switched to the other side. After wiping Sylvanas’s back, she circled around in front of Sylvanas and dipped the towel again.
The Elf Queen leaned against the edge of the pool, her emerald eyes looking down at her.
“I didn’t touch your front. If you dare move recklessly, I’ll hit you.”
“You did touch me! When you pressed on this princess’s tail earlier, you squished me.”
Yisela stood on tiptoe and shoved the towel onto Sylvanas’s front. Her force was much stronger than when she’d wiped Seraphina.
She deliberately rubbed back and forth several times, the friction of the towel heavy and dense. Sylvanas held back from making a sound. Her fingers unconsciously tightened on the pool’s edge, her nails digging into the stone.
Yisela wiped even more vigorously. She changed sides and rubbed hard several more times. Sylvanas’s lips pressed together again and again, as if she was brewing some harsh words. But what finally came out was a low, slightly aggrieved complaint.
“You’re doing it on purpose, you little brat.”
“What are you talking about?”
“Trash Elf. I can’t hear you very well!”
“Wipe a little lighter.”
“It hurts.”
Her voice was half a tone lower than usual. Her tone was still fierce, but her trailing notes dropped softly, like someone who wanted to scold but couldn’t quite bring herself to. She turned her face away. Her soaking wet silver-green hair covered half her face, revealing only the tip of an ear red enough to bleed.
Yisela’s hands paused for a moment.
For some reason, seeing her expression—this old woman who usually only grabbed her ears and called her a stupid little dragon, now after being rubbed hard a few times, hadn’t scolded back, just weakly said “lighter”—her heart suddenly skipped a beat. That mischievous energy was instantly scattered by something.
She dipped the towel in hot water again. When she pressed it back on, her strength was much lighter, without even realizing it. Her tail gently wagged behind her.
After the bath, Yisela’s skin was tinged with a light pink. Her wet silver hair stuck to her forehead, and even her usually shiny dragon horns were covered in a layer of mist.
Seraphina was helping her dry her hair when her movements suddenly stopped. She looked down at Yisela, something darkening in her pale golden eyes.
“Yisela.”
She bent down, her lips landing on Yisela’s right cheek, a brief touch then separation. Yisela’s face instantly burned. Before she could bristle, a hand reached from the other side and grabbed her chin.
Sylvanas leaned down, her silver-green hair falling onto Yisela’s shoulder. She kissed her—not on the cheek, but on the lips. The unique grassy fragrance of the elves spread across her tongue. Yisela’s mind went completely blank.
“Trash!”
“Don’t kiss this princess’s mouth!”
“Don’t stick your tongue in either!”
Sylvanas straightened up, slowly licking her own lips. She raised an eyebrow at her.
“What’s wrong? That’s how Seraphina kissed you just now.”
“She wouldn’t stick her tongue out!”
“No wait! She wouldn’t kiss my mouth at all!”
Just then, Yisela suddenly felt an unusual silence from her left. Seraphina’s fingertips moved from behind her ear to the corner of her mouth. Her finger pad gently pressed against the lower lip that Sylvanas had licked. A chill ran down Yisela’s back.
“Elf Queen?”
She spoke, her voice still gentle, but with a strong oppressive force.
“That kiss just now seems to have exceeded the scope of treatment.”
“The scope of treatment is inherently vague. Love has no upper limit, Saintess. Surely you know that.” Sylvanas retorted with interest.
Seraphina’s fingertips left Yisela’s lips, instead cupping her chin. Her thumb gently swept across the spot the Elf Queen had kissed, carefully wiping it.
“I see.”
She lowered her hand. Her smile was still gentle, but within that gentleness was a strange feeling. She bent down, her lips pressing heavily onto Yisela’s right cheek, producing a very clear smacking sound.
Seraphina lifted her head, licking the residual warmth from her own lips. In her eyes was something serious, not at all like a joke.
“Next time, I’ll have to kiss hard too.”
“Idiot! You’re the Saintess! Saintesses can’t say things like that!”
“A Saintess is also a girl. Besides, aren’t I your Saint Sister? If I’m your sister, isn’t it natural to be a little partial to my little sister?”
Yisela covered both cheeks. She was red from her neck to her ears, and her tail fluffed into a ball under the bath towel.
But the two culprits had already lain back down on either side of her. Seraphina tucked the blanket around her. Sylvanas closed her eyes, the faint curve of her lips never fading.
“You two perverts. Once this princess regains her strength, none of you will get away.”
