“Sister, could you please open the door? I know I was wrong…”
After Laura Bell had acted so strangely toward her, Aurora locked herself in her room, unwilling to see her again.
She didn’t understand why her younger sister would behave like this—it wasn’t the first time either.
Previously, in the spatial magic training, Laura Bell had kissed her.
At first, Aurora thought her sister didn’t understand what that action meant, but everything Laura Bell did just now shattered that notion.
This was not simply ignorance of the meaning—it was a manifestation of seeking emotional satisfaction from her.
Her cheeks still felt faintly warm. Every time she recalled what her sister had done, those things Azalea had only mentioned in passing, she blushed deeply.
Why… why did she do such things to her?
Outside the door, Laura Bell’s voice kept softly calling.
Though Aurora was the victim, her sister’s voice was filled with grievance, as if trying to earn her sympathy.
But this was not something trivial like spilling milk or dirtying clothes. This meant her sister harbored improper feelings toward her and needed to be properly taught a lesson!
Thinking this, Aurora ‘slam!’ opened the door. Seeing Laura Bell kneeling on the floor, her face instantly flushed red again.
“Sister, I know I was wrong. Please forgive me.”
Her fiery red eyes blinked at Aurora. As their gazes met, Aurora noticed something different—the pupils seemed brighter than before.
But now was not the time to focus on that.
To hide her embarrassment, Aurora cleared her throat twice and put on a serious expression. “Come inside. Sister is going to give you a proper education.”
She pushed the half-open door wider, signaling for her to enter.
Seeing her sister finally willing to speak to her, Laura Bell obediently stood and followed Aurora inside.
Aurora felt Laura Bell looked more and more like a little puppy. Especially when she heard her invitation and saw the red high ponytail swaying behind her—it was just like a tail wagging happily.
Now she was so obedient, but earlier she had completely ignored her no matter how loudly she called.
Aurora sat on the edge of the bed. Before she could speak, Laura Bell knelt obediently on the floor.
“Isn’t the floor dirty? Aren’t you afraid of staining your clothes?”
“Sit next to me!” Aurora patted the spot beside her, pretending to sound fierce.
In truth, she had intended to make her sister suffer a little, but seeing Laura Bell looking so pitiful made her hesitate.
“Sister really cares about me after all.”
Laura Bell smiled and got up from the floor, then sat beside her.
As if recognizing her mistake, she deliberately sat a little farther away, which seemed to displease Aurora.
“How can you hear me if you sit so far away? Sit! Closer!”
Faced with such a cute older sister’s demand, Laura Bell felt her heart stir even more.
She had always been painfully aware of her feelings for her sister.
She thought that, as a Holy Knight, her strong willpower could suppress them, but now, face to face, so close, even touching Aurora, she couldn’t hold back and released her desires.
By the time she realized what she was doing, it was already too late.
If she had known she would be so uninhibited, she would have allowed herself to feel even more.
Thinking this, Laura Bell calmly looked at Aurora’s cheeks, her mind drifting back to earlier moments.
“… So, you understand that this behavior is wrong, right?”
After almost half an hour of talking, Aurora’s throat felt dry as she finally paused.
But seeing her sister, she added, “Even if you’re pretty now, it’s still not okay, understand?”
Unbeknownst to her, Laura Bell’s gaze was not on Aurora’s eyes, but on her heart.
“Y-Yeah, I understand.”
“Good. That’s my obedient little sister.” She reached out and gently stroked Laura Bell’s hair in praise.
“You’ve grown into a great beauty. If there’s someone you like, I’m sure you can win them over.”
When she said this, Aurora didn’t notice the slight dimming in Laura Bell’s eyes.
“You’ll understand what I meant eventually.”
“Really…”
No, she wouldn’t. Because she hadn’t listened to a single word. Besides, the only one she liked had always been Aurora. She would never like anyone else, nor allow Aurora to like anyone but her.
Aurora stood up and glanced at the clock hanging on the wall, surprised at how long she had been lecturing.
“There’s still a class this afternoon. It’s about time to head out.”
“Oh, you don’t have to walk me, I can go by myself.”
“Are you sure?” Laura Bell asked worriedly.
“Positive!”
Having gotten used to playing the mature and reliable older sister, Aurora felt she had to show her sister she was still dependable and didn’t need to be fussed over.
After neatly tying her hair into a single ponytail, Aurora grabbed her schoolbag and prepared to leave.
Click.
“Ow!”
Just as she opened the door, Azalea, who had been eavesdropping by the door, tripped and fell flat on her face.
“Miss Azalea… how long have you been listening in here?”
“Hehe, not too long actually… just since Laura Bell came in.”
“So that means you heard everything from start to finish!”
“Hehe.” She rubbed her aching forehead and smiled sheepishly twice.
“Princess, please respect others’ privacy,” Laura Bell said with some annoyance.
If only she knew Azalea had just lifted someone’s clothes—then she wouldn’t say that.
“Cough cough, I actually came looking for Aurora,” Azalea said.
“Hm?”
Azalea pointed outside. “Albert was looking for you earlier, and he was dragging a noisy girl with him…”
“A noisy girl… could it be?”
She tidied her clothes, grabbed her bag, and hurried downstairs. Before reaching the front door, she already heard the commotion outside.
“Let go of me! I’m going to find Aurora myself!”
“You’d better behave!”
Click.
The door was flung open. Aurora, Laura Bell, and the princess stood inside.
“May I ask… what is this about?”
“Aurora!”
Upon seeing Aurora, Leonora bit down hard on Albert’s hand.
Albert cried out in pain and let go, finally freeing Leonora.
She didn’t even bother with her schoolbag, tossing it carelessly to the ground before rushing toward Aurora.
“Wait a moment!”
Her speed didn’t lessen at all. If she kept charging like this, Aurora would definitely fall.
She suddenly jumped toward Aurora, arms outstretched as if to embrace her.
But the moment after, she froze.
This time, it wasn’t Albert who caught her—it was Laura Bell standing to the side.
