Zhang Cheng searched the guild system for large guilds and raid groups, only to find that all the top-ranked guilds were already full, while he had no interest in those with weaker strength.
Caught in this dilemma, Zhang Cheng suddenly remembered that extreme circle he had once been a part of.
Given how popular “Eternal” was right now, a good number of players from that game must have migrated over to “Eternal,” right?
Thinking this, Zhang Cheng pulled up a linked social account from within the game, tapped on an anime avatar, and sent a message.
“Are you there?”

After finishing the task Beta had given her, Lu Qiuchen returned to Dragon Island and sought out the confined Fiya for information.
Looking at the little blue dragon Fiya, who was imprisoned in her lair by a powerful magic circle and so bored that she was spinning in circles trying to catch her own tail to chew on, Lu Qiuchen couldn’t help but be amused by Fiya’s silly antics, even though her own mood was heavy at the moment.
After inquiring about the address of the sea dragon who had transformed into a blue dragon, Lu Qiuchen ignored the resentful look from her tool-dragon Fiya and simply turned and left.
Previously, she had entered a dungeon for a story quest and spent the entire day tormenting players there. However, being inside the dungeon wasn’t a pleasant experience— the system imposed strict restrictions on many of her actions.
And unlike in the world of Eternal, where she could control her body with agility, her body in the dungeon always felt a bit sluggish and awkward, and no matter how much she stretched and moved, that stiffness wouldn’t go away.
Taking advantage of the fact that Beta hadn’t given her new instructions yet, Lu Qiuchen decided to first seek out the blue dragon who had once been a sea dragon.
******
In the deep sea, far from the human world, sunlight barely reached this place. Only a faint blue glow shimmered above, while all around was pitch black.
Even after diving so deep, Lu Qiuchen could still see many creatures around her, but these creatures all looked bizarre and unsettling, making her dragon instincts uncomfortable. Fortunately, she occasionally spotted some relatively normal-looking small fish and shrimp moving slowly, reminding her that this was still a normal world.
In her mind, Lu Qiuchen estimated that this sea area was relatively shallow— about 1000 meters from the surface. Through the darkness, she could just barely make out the seabed below, so she decided not to dive any deeper.
The immense pressure around her was already making her feel uncomfortable, but the little creatures nearby seemed quite energetic, and some of them still moved with agility and speed.
She tried to release her dragon’s might, but these little creatures continued to swim about indifferently, completely unaffected.
Lu Qiuchen didn’t know whether the water pressure here was enough to override the effect of her dragon’s might, or if these creatures simply couldn’t sense it at all.
Checking her map as she swam forward, Lu Qiuchen found the temperature comfortable, but the water pressure was so heavy that she truly understood why sea dragons, who could live long-term in the deep sea, were considered outcasts among dragonkind.
She opened her mouth and released a string of bubbles, realizing that the air she carried in her innate space was running low.
Lu Qiuchen swam upward, planning to replenish her oxygen at the surface before diving again. She’d had to do this many times already.
“Whoosh!”
The seawater parted to both sides as a silver dragon burst out from the water. The sea beneath the silver dragon instantly froze into ice, lifting her up.
Lu Qiuchen lay sprawled on the massive ice, greedily gulping in the fresh air, gazing down at the enormous squid frozen within the ice beneath her.
Her earlier estimation had been off, causing her to dive too deep. By the time she reached the last few hundred meters on her ascent, she had already run out of oxygen and could only hold her breath and swim upward as quickly as possible.
She was in a hurry and didn’t have time to avoid any creatures above her, but since her swimming speed in water wasn’t very fast, most creatures could dodge her safely.
It wasn’t until she was just a hundred meters from the surface that a slow-moving figure appeared in her ascent path.
A collision was inevitable. The giant squid spun around from the impact, glanced at Lu Qiuchen, then went berserk and chased after her, waving its tentacles in attack.
Lu Qiuchen had now noticed that many of the sea creatures didn’t fear her dragon’s might, especially some of the larger ones.
This LV101 giant squid was just like that. But it was already at epic rank— surely it had heard of the power of dragons, right?
Its body was nearly as long as hers, yet it seemed to have no sense at all.
All tentacled mollusks reminded Lu Qiuchen of the Heart Demon from the Lundo Ruins, so she showed no mercy, quickly freezing the squid in place before deciding what to do with it.
Even on Earth, she had disliked these spineless mollusks, and with the Heart Demon’s influence, her aversion seemed even stronger now.
Just as Lu Qiuchen was about to kill the squid, the surface of the sea broke open in the distance, and a blue figure emerged from the water.
“Don’t kill her!” The blue dragon swam over quickly, its roar carrying words.
When Lu Qiuchen saw the uniquely shaped blue dragon, which still retained the sea dragon’s distinctive electric organs on its back, a look of surprise appeared in her eyes.
The silver dragon flapped her wings and soared into the sky, as the massive block of ice beneath her rapidly melted.
The giant squid gave its tentacles a shake, turned its head aside, then swam to the blue dragon and pressed close, communicating by moving its body.
???
Lu Qiuchen couldn’t understand the squid’s body language below, but she could understand the blue dragon’s words!
“Baby… I’m sorry… I was wrong… Please don’t run away from home again…”
There were already so many sub-dragon species in this world, and now dragons were even working hard to create new ones! Hearing the blue dragon’s words, Lu Qiuchen was deeply shocked.
After the two “people” had finished being affectionate, the blue dragon turned to Lu Qiuchen with an apologetic tone. “Thank you for showing mercy. We just had a fight, and since you’re a silver dragon, she got angry after being hit by you.”
After speaking, the blue dragon looked at Lu Qiuchen with some confusion and said, “You seem unfamiliar. I don’t recall any silver dragons that look so ugly… I mean, so unique.”
When Lu Qiuchen heard this, she didn’t know how a dragon’s face could turn dark, but she was certain her expression had.
‘Can’t you talk properly! Whether I’m in dragon form or human form, I’ve been praised by both dragons and people!’ Lu Qiuchen felt a bit sulky.
Looking at the blue dragon in front of her, tightly hugged by ten tentacles, and considering how twisted his sense of aesthetics must be, Lu Qiuchen decided to be magnanimous and forgive his offense this time.
“I’m a transformed one just like you. I wanted to ask if you noticed anything strange during your bloodline transformation ritual,” Lu Qiuchen stated her purpose to the blue dragon.
“Bloodline transformation ritual? Strange? What’s supposed to be strange about it?” The blue dragon looked puzzled, then said, “Have I really been here so long? There’s actually someone new who underwent the transformation ritual? Should I visit Dragon Island soon… Maybe later.”
Lu Qiuchen noticed that as the squid’s tentacle wrapped around the blue dragon squirmed slightly, the blue dragon immediately changed his tune, leaving her astonished.
To witness love that transcended species with her own eyes— it really was quite a marvel!
“Then, have you noticed any changes in your body or mind?” Lu Qiuchen pressed on, unwilling to give up.
But she hadn’t expected that her question would strike a nerve. The blue dragon in front of her became extremely agitated.
The blue dragon’s voice turned low, its roar tinged with anger, “Are you here to mock me too? Mock me for still having the sea dragon organs on my back? Then let me show you just how useful they are!”
The blue dragon spread his wide wings and slowly turned around in the water. Because he was so agitated, his movements were rough, and the squid’s tentacles lost their grip for a moment, revealing the suction cups to Lu Qiuchen.
Lu Qiuchen’s eyes widened— the suction cups on the squid’s tentacles were filled with demonic energy, polluting the blue dragon’s magic!
