“Whew~ All done!”
Looking at the Computer Screen, I let out a long sigh.
The adorable yet alluring Loli on the Screen was my masterpiece, completed after hours of hard work.
On the Screen, the little Loli’s eyes glistened with tears.
Her childish, pitiful expression showed just how helpless she was at this moment.
One small hand was pressed to the ground, while the other clutched her skirt tightly. Sitting in a duck-like pose, she stared straight ahead.
For some reason, her clothes were a mess, but instead of ruining the picture, it only added a certain chaotic beauty.
Behind the Loli was a faceless woman, her sinful hand reaching out toward this soft and pitiful little creature.
Wow, nothing’s actually showing, yet it still looks so risqué. Lolis with that kind of allure really are the best—no doubt about it, this is my work!
Ahem, I mean, for such a risqué Loli, of course it’s my drawing.
I glanced at the time. I finished much faster this time than last. As expected, having a reference really speeds things up!
As for what I used as a reference, uh…
Blushing, I looked at myself in the Mirror behind me…
I don’t know!!!
Satisfied, I saved the file. It was already eight in the evening. Looks like it’s time for dinner.
After the torment of this Afternoon, tomorrow I finally get to go on Vacation. Awesome!
So tonight, I don’t have to come back early. Maybe I should treat myself to a good meal—after all, I’ve worked so hard for so long.
After changing my shoes, I got ready to head out.
I pushed open the door of my rented place. The Corridor outside was pitch black.
As I’ve mentioned before, in order to save on rent, I live in a really old Apartment Complex. Most of the Corridor lights and even the streetlights below are long out of repair.
With the light from my Mobile Phone Flashlight, I could see the way ahead.
Before my rebirth, I’d already gotten used to the darkness of the Stairwell at night. But now that I’ve become a girl, seeing the pitch-black outside actually made me a little scared.
Better hurry downstairs. As long as I’m careful with that Threshold, I’ll be fine.
After locking the door, I hurried downstairs.
I was almost at the second floor, just about to reach the ground level, when my Flashlight shone on a girl.
She looked up at me, her purple eyes glinting with an eerie light.
I was already scared—how could I handle this kind of scene?
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!”
Terrified, I spun around and ran, screaming the whole way.
Th-this… it has to be a Ghost!!!
Running into a Ghost on my way out—come on, I only messed around with a dozen or so girls, is this really necessary?!
Turning me into a girl for them to play with, and now that they’ve had their fun, sending a Ghost to finish me off? Why not just let me die in the first place!
With my body’s poor stamina now, I was already gasping for breath after running just a little. But with the thought of something behind me wanting my life, I couldn’t care about anything else—I just kept running as hard as I could.
“Little sister, running so fast at night is dangerous.”
Behind me, hurried footsteps and a ghostly female voice echoed down the dark Corridor, sending chills down my spine.
The terrifying sound made my adrenaline surge, and my body’s potential exploded.
Running fast might be dangerous, but running slow would be even worse!
Hearing that voice, I was even more sure she was a Ghost. No way could I let her catch me!
But just as I was desperately thinking I couldn’t let myself be caught, my toe hit something in the Corridor. I lost my balance and fell to the ground.
Hearing the footsteps getting closer, I scrambled to get up. If I got caught now, I’d really be in trouble!
But I realized that after all that running and the pain from the fall, I just couldn’t stand up.
Damn it, this is the end for me!!!
Just as I tried to get up again, the footsteps reached my back.
I looked toward the sound. It was a cute, purple-haired Loli, panting as she came over. Her round cheeks were flushed from running.
Is this the Ghost coming to take me away? So cute—if it’s her, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad… Thinking that, I resigned myself and closed my eyes.
Ah, who would’ve thought that after all my years as Gui Ye, I’d end up dying at the hands of a cute Ghost.
“Come on, take me away.”
“Hm?”
The Loli tilted her head in confusion and walked over to me.
“Little sister, why were you running so fast just now?”
“Aren’t… aren’t you a Ghost? If I didn’t run, you’d catch me, right? QAQ”
“Pfft, hahaha, what are you saying… Here, let me help you up.”
Hearing what I said, the purple-haired Loli couldn’t help but laugh. Then she slowly pulled me up.
Only now did I get a good look at her face. It seemed to be the Loli I’d bumped into yesterday. I’d been in a rush for work at the time, but I still remembered her a bit.
Our little hands held each other, and I could feel the warmth from her soft palm.
A Ghost’s body should be cold.
W-what the heck, scaring me like that. Turns out she’s just a normal little Loli.
With her help, I finally stood up.
“Th-thank you.”
I lowered my head, embarrassed to thank her. Thinking about what just happened—being scared by a girl much younger than me, and needing her to pull me up—I really wanted to crawl into a hole.
“Little sister, why are you out here alone? Where are your Parents?”
Hearing her words, I immediately felt uncomfortable. But since she just helped me up, I tried to stay polite.
“Don’t be fooled by my looks. I’m actually much older than you.”
“Eh? Are you sure? I’m twenty-five, you know.”
“Huh?”
My brain froze. I had no idea what to say.
“T-then I’m not a little sister either! I-I live alone, and even though I look small, I’m twenty-four!”
Hands on my hips, I protested. My words made the purple-haired Loli think.
“Oh~ Let me guess, if you’re twenty-four, and considering how you acted just now…”
As if something occurred to her, the Loli looked up and gave me a playful smile.
“You must be Gui Ye, right?”
“Eh? How do you know?” I stared at her in shock. How did she know my name? I didn’t even know her!
“Heh, I just know. Now, why don’t you guess who I am?”
The Loli gave me another mischievous smile.
“Emm…”
I searched my memories for a long time but just couldn’t recall anything about this Loli.
A few seconds passed, and the purple-haired Loli grew impatient.
“Alright, no need to think about it. I’m your dad! I knew you wouldn’t guess. But seeing you’re still this dumb even after being reborn, I feel relieved.”
Looking at me, unable to answer, the Loli put away her playful smile and sounded a little anxious.
That familiar, annoying tone and those lines…
“Bai Chuan Yao?!!”
