The Slime, whose logic had been rewritten by Celia, was cleaning up stains as thoroughly as a dutiful robot vacuum.
“This is the power of the Scientific Method.”
Celia sat on a lounge chair with fried chicken in her left hand and Happy Water in her right; life in Paradise was nothing more than this.
“There is no need to swing a broom, and no need to get one’s hands dirty. With just a tiny adjustment, one can enjoy comfortable cleaning services.”
Celia took a bite of a chicken nugget, and pieces of the crispy skin crumbled off, landing on her collar.
“Priestess, these little guys are truly amazing!”
Elent had finished his morning training and was now shirtless.
Sweat trickled down the lines of his firm muscles, and his whole body was steaming like a fresh dumpling out of a steamer.
“Naturally.” Celia took a sip of iced Happy Water, feeling in high spirits. “As long as you define what a stain is, you can leave the rest to the program.”
Just as she spoke, several Slimes that had been quiet in the corner suddenly lunged toward Elent.
“Whoa, what is this?!”
Before Elent could react, the Slimes had already plastered themselves onto his body.
“Priestess, they are attacking me!”
Celia watched the scene and crossed her legs with great interest.
“Don’t panic, Hero. They just detected the sweat on your body. This is a free cleaning massage; others would have to pay extra for this experience.”
“Is that so?”
Out of trust for the Priestess, Elent’s body relaxed.
“Mm, it is so cold, and slippery… it feels strange.”
The Slimes wriggled over Elent’s skin, sucking up the sweat. Although it looked a bit odd, they were indeed cleaning him.
Celia couldn’t help but laugh out loud as she watched the idiot who usually only knew how to swing a sword being bullied by a few lumps of jelly, unable to move.
“Hero, your expression looks like a decent man being abducted.”
However, Celia’s smile soon vanished. The remaining Slimes didn’t seem interested in that salty sweat and turned their bodies toward the lounge chair.
Specifically, they turned toward the fried chicken crumbs on Celia’s collar and the Happy Water that had splashed onto her thighs because she had been laughing so hard.
“Guji!”
The Slimes acted as if they had discovered a new continent.
An ominous premonition welled up in Celia’s heart.
“Wait a second, what is with that look in your eyes?”
“Get back! That is an order! Stop!”
Celia tried to intervene as their master, but the next second, she discovered a fatal bug.
When she wrote the logic, she had set the priority for cleaning stains to the highest level.
That meant until everything was clean, these two things would not stop.
“Crap, who wrote this garbage code?!”
“Oh, I wrote it. Then never mind… like hell!”
Just as Celia propped up her upper body, two lumps of chilly jelly pounced on her.
One licked at her thigh, while the other went even further, slipping directly through the gap in her collar and heading straight for the fried chicken crumbs.
“Eek!!”
The Slime’s touch felt like a live fish squirming into her clothes.
“St-stop, not there, it tickles…”
The Slime wriggled inside her clothes, leaving trails of slime wherever it passed. It didn’t seem satisfied with surface cleaning and kept exploring deeper, trying to find any missed trash.
“I can’t take it, stop already, you idiot… help…”
Celia kept twisting on the lounge chair, her cool and aloof image completely gone; she was flopping around on the chair like a fish out of water.
Elent, who was enjoying his Slime “cleaning,” opened his eyes when he heard the cry for help.
“Priestess?!”
Elent saw the Priestess struggling on the chair with a flushed face.
One Slime was wriggling on her thigh, while the other appeared only as a lump darting around under her nun habit. It felt a bit erotic.
“Priestess, hang in there! I will help you!”
Ignoring the Slimes on his own body, Elent rushed to Celia’s side.
“Forgive me!”
Elent reached out to catch the lump scurrying under her clothes, but the Slime’s surface was covered in mucus and was too slippery to hold. Not only did Elent fail to catch it, but he ended up pushing the Slime deeper into Celia’s clothes.
“Eep!!”
As the chilly Slime slid past her sensitive waist, Celia kicked her legs wildly, which happened to hook around Elent’s legs.
His center of gravity instantly vanished.
Elent only had time to let out a short cry of surprise before his entire body pinned Celia down.
Oh no, the Happy Water spilled!
Celia lost her grip, and the Happy Water splashed all over both of them.
Their distance was compressed to the limit, so close that their breaths intertwined.
The Priestess’s green eyes, usually lazy, were clouded with a blurry mist of shame.
She opened her mouth as if to curse, but what came out was a fragrant, hot breath that puffed directly against the boy’s Adam’s apple.
The Priestess, who always bossed him around, was now like a half-peeled piece of candy, so enticing that one would want to swallow it whole.
So cute, I want to…
“Idiot, how long are you going to stare? Hurry up and catch the Slimes!”
No, this won’t do! Elent, what on earth are you thinking? This is the Priestess!
Elent forced the strange thoughts out of his mind and groped around inside the Priestess’s shifting clothes.
Just then, the door to the Backyard was pushed open.
“Lady Celia, and Mr. Elent…”
Lynn walked in and then froze.
From Lynn’s perspective, a shirtless Elent was pinning Celia down. Celia’s face was flushed, her eyes were dazed, her clothes were in total disarray, and she was uttering suggestive words.
Lynn’s mind connected back to the scenes from the Fashion Festival—the Fallen Nun, the Injured Knight, the Forbidden Chains…
So it was not a performance, but reality?! Since she had stumbled upon this scene, would Lady Celia silence her to keep the secret?!
“I’m sorry!!”
Lynn covered her eyes with both hands and ran.
“Excuse me, please continue, I didn’t see anything!!!”
The door slammed shut, and Celia and Elent remained in their awkward position.
Meanwhile, the culprit finally finished the chicken crumbs and slid out from Celia’s collar.
Celia looked at the closed door, looked at the innocent-looking Elent, and then looked at the Slimes that had caused all of this.
“Just let the world end already.”
