That slightly cool hand startled Irene so much that she gave a shiver. She instinctively turned around—only to meet Lilisah’s mismatched eyes.
“Lilisah, what are you doing? You scared me!”
Just as Irene let out a breath of relief, she realized something was wrong.
Lilisah’s delicate face was flushed pink, her breathing ragged, eyes shimmering with longing. It was an unmistakably lovestruck expression.
“M-Miss Irene, I… I can’t hold back anymore…”
She gripped Irene’s shoulders tightly, her face slowly leaning in.
“Wait, Lilisah, what’s going on with you?”
“Miss Irene, I don’t know either… But I really like you… I want you, Irene~❤…”
Irene’s expression turned pale. It wasn’t that she disliked Lilisah, but—this was a battle automaton! One who fed off magical energy! The last time she’d ‘recharged’ with a kiss, she’d nearly drained Irene dry.
Another round?
I’ll die!
“Lilisah, didn’t you just fully recharge your magic? Wait until you’ve used it up before we do this again!”
She instinctively took a step back. Something was seriously off with Lilisah! Even if the ‘accident’ earlier had awakened a new… curiosity, this level of thirst was way too much!
“Nooo~ I want it now~❤”
Irene was backed into a corner. Lilisah braced one hand against the wall, her glowing heterochromatic eyes bearing down on her.
Her face came closer and—no chance to dodge. Irene was kissed square on the lips.
The little bit of magic she’d just managed to recover was immediately sucked out again! Was Lilisah’s thirst for mana limitless?
If the last time had felt clumsy and inexperienced, this time Lilisah was frighteningly skilled. Her tongue moved with deliberate intent, leaving Irene helpless. One of her hands even slid down to Irene’s back, starting to undress her.
Irene’s head was spinning, but her mind was still clear. Something’s wrong! This wasn’t normal behavior.
It wasn’t that Irene hated this kind of thing—but if Lilisah was under the influence of some abnormal condition, then it was an entirely different matter.
Lilisah was too strong, her kiss too deep. Irene couldn’t breathe properly and had no strength to resist. Desperate, she managed to fumble a weakening scroll from her pocket and slapped it onto Lilisah.
Thanks to the debuff, Irene was barely able to push her away, panting for breath.
“Oh dear, Irene~ You want me weakened so you can be the one to take charge?”
This won’t work! Lilisah was a construct—debuffs like this wouldn’t last long! She had to run!
Just as Irene turned to flee the library vault, Lilisah lunged at her again. Rip! Irene’s newly changed long skirt was torn open, revealing one thigh and her frilly white panties.
“Oops~ I accidentally ripped your clothes. Mmm, you smell so good, Irene. Don’t go~ Let’s keep going, okay?”
Irene could see literal hearts forming in Lilisah’s pupils now. Her flushed cheeks were tinged with crazed infatuation, and she was even drooling from the mouth.
Faced with this scene, Irene’s expression turned completely dark.
Curiosity drove Irene forward. As she placed her hand against the door, the magic patterns etched onto its surface lit up in sequence. Accompanied by a thunderous rumble, the millennium-sealed gate slowly opened before her eyes.
“Milady, I still think it’s best not to go in. Something about this place feels… off,” Clarette said anxiously.
She glanced around—aside from the two stone guardians they had encountered earlier, the other magical creatures refused to approach the library’s perimeter. They only lingered from afar, watching in eerie silence.
The surroundings felt deathly still. It was obvious something wasn’t right.
Lilisah nodded in agreement, trying to dissuade Irene as well.
But Irene wouldn’t listen.
“If you’re scared, feel free to wait at the entrance,” she said, stepping inside without hesitation.
The two girls exchanged a helpless look. Irene was usually obedient—what had gotten into her today? With no better option, they let out a sigh and followed her in.
Outside, murmurs rose among the magical beasts—
“She went in. They actually went inside.”
“That place hasn’t been normal since that day…”
“Where there are people, there will be desire… What do you think will happen?”
*****
Something’s wrong. That woman—everything about her feels wrong!
Though Irene wasn’t sure what exactly was going on, her survival instincts screamed at her to act fast. To avoid becoming a drained and pitiful mess, she pulled a desperate move: with one quick yank forward, she tore her skirt off like a lizard shedding its tail.
Good lord, female perverts are terrifying!
Suddenly, a thought hit her—Was this how Serena and the others saw her too?
After bolting out of the archive, Irene dove straight into the lift. She hit the [F] key for interaction, and the platform began descending at once. Only then did she breathe a sigh of relief.
I’ll just hide here for now. Once Lilisah comes to her senses, we’ll figure things out.
As she reached the bottom level, Irene found Clarette already standing there, waiting silently. Irene instinctively looked down at her own… rather indecent state of dress, and hurriedly began to explain:
“Clarette, it’s not what you think. Something’s wrong with Lilisah—she suddenly just jumped me and—”
SMACK.
A sharp sound cut off Irene’s words. Stunned, she looked up at Clarette, dazed.
The girl stood there, a small whip in hand, a seductive flush coloring her face.
Something wasn’t right with this one either!
“Milady… Would you prefer to whip me? Or—” Clarette licked her lips, eyes gleaming with dangerous desire, “—should I be the one to whip you? Choose.”
Out of the tiger’s den, into the wolf’s lair.
Cold sweat dripped down Irene’s back.
What’s going on? Why are these two acting so weird? Like they’ve been possessed or something!
She quickly raised her hands. “Clarette, calm down! We can’t be doing this. We need to focus on the mission—”
“But I don’t wanna! ❤” Clarette purred as she slowly stepped closer, licking her lips. “I’ve wanted you for so long, Milady. Just be good, and I won’t hurt you~”
In Clarette’s eyes, Irene was just too adorable. So small. So helpless.
“Come~ Let me show you how beautiful love between girls can be. ❤”
I don’t need that kind of lesson!
Clarette’s shadow loomed over Irene, whose body trembled under the overwhelming aura of terrifying lesbian aggression.
And then—BANG!
A loud crash sounded from behind. Irene turned to look—
Lilisah had jumped down from above.
Sandwiched front and back. There was no way out now.
Irene’s eyelid twitched violently. “You two… don’t you dare go overboard—”

No one knew how long had passed when Irene finally came to.
The once pristine library was now a complete mess—hardcover books and tattered clothes strewn everywhere.
Those two lunatics…
Looking at the post-carnage scene, Irene whimpered softly.
How many times did it happen…? I lost count. All I know is… I blacked out in the end.
Even after falling asleep, the two women were still murmuring in their dreams—
“Young Lady, over here…”
“Irene, hurry up!”
“No, let me go first!”
“No way, it’s my turn!”
She lost. Completely lost to those two.
Irene felt utterly defeated.
At that moment, the sky seemed to be brightening. Sunlight once again streamed through the windows of the Grand Library. Irene let out a soft sigh. Thank goodness I brought a few extra sets of clothes, or I’d really have no face left to meet anyone.
A moment later, Lilisah and Clarret finally woke up. To Irene’s surprise, although the two clearly remembered the madness that occurred the night before, their attitudes had taken a full 180-degree turn. Now they stammered with bashful expressions, which only deepened Irene’s confusion.
What exactly happened last night?
There was no point asking that magical puppet either—it wasn’t going to give her a straight answer.
Outside the library, atop nearby buildings, groups of magical creatures had gathered, whispering among themselves.
“They’ve been inside the library all night. Wanna guess how many of them made it out alive?”
“One? Or maybe two?”
“Remember last time? Someone went in, and because of the library’s desire-amplifying effect, a vicious internal fight broke out. In the end, no one survived—”
“Wait, someone’s coming out?”
“No way all three of them made it out unscathed. Don’t tell me they actually overcame their inner desires and didn’t turn on each other?!”
The magical creatures trembled in fear. To be able to suppress their darkest urges… these three were not to be trifled with. Best not to provoke them on the road ahead.
After leaving the library, Irene noticed something odd—along the way, magical creatures were giving them a wide berth. Wherever they went, the creatures avoided them entirely.
That’s strange…
Normally, these monsters—who harbored extreme hatred for outsiders—would charge at intruders without a second thought. But now?
Still, smooth travel was a blessing. Half a day later, the three of them finally arrived at the passage leading to the inner city.
From afar, sounds of battle could already be heard. Irene narrowed her eyes and looked ahead—sure enough, she saw Froya and the Red Wolf party locked in combat with a giant stone golem.
Why are they fighting that thing? That’s totally unnecessary, isn’t it?
While Irene stood puzzled, Lilisah suddenly dashed forward. The magic markings on her body flared to life—so brilliant they were dazzling even in broad daylight.
Like a bird finally freed from its cage.
