Just as Tang Cheng was feeling completely disoriented, a photo suddenly slipped out from the envelope in his hand. The moment he glanced at it, he felt as if his entire world had been turned upside down!
The photo was taken inside the infirmary of Saint Sakura Academy. Tang Wanyue was shown with her underwear half exposed, her face flushed with embarrassment, while that detestable heiress, Chu Ruoyun, was happily hugging her, taking a selfie with her phone!
Tang Cheng had an unsettling feeling that Chu Ruoyun’s smug smile in the photo was directed right at him!
“Damn it!”
“Chu Ruoyun, you’ve tortured me enough, and now you want to steal my woman too?”
Clutching the photo, Tang Cheng couldn’t help but feel a surge of anger.
He’d almost forgotten that Chu Ruoyun was the president of the Saint Sakura Academy Student Council, and Tang Wanyue, also a council member, had frequent contact with her.
He just didn’t know if Tang Wanyue truly liked Chu Ruoyun. Since she kept such a clearly yuri-themed love letter in her bag, it was definitely not a good sign…
He never expected his rival to be a woman—let alone that arrogant and rude heiress!
It seemed like he had to find a way to straighten Tang Wanyue out. There was absolutely no way he could let her fall into Chu Ruoyun’s claws.
Carefully, he put the love letter and photo back into the bag without altering anything.
Holding Tang Wanyue’s bag, Tang Cheng was about to leave the shop when a Student Council girl named Jingjing quietly lowered her head and approached his side.
“Pft!”
Suddenly, Tang Cheng spat out a mouthful of fresh blood. That was because Jingjing’s skirt was ruffled, revealing her little bear-patterned panties without any shame at all.
“Little bear panties… someone really wears little bear panties…”
He quickly coughed awkwardly and turned his gaze away in embarrassment.
However, Jingjing didn’t react at all. She listlessly moved beside Tang Cheng, her skirt still ruffled and unable to fall back into place. She must have been sitting when the skirt got creased, and then suddenly was attacked by zombies.
“What should I do? Should I remind her…”
But remembering she was just a zombie, she wouldn’t be able to hear him anyway. Forget it, better not bother.
Turning to head outside the milk tea shop, Tang Cheng paused and looked back.
“There’s a girl in trouble in front of me, yet I remain indifferent—how can that be the act of a gentleman?”
Without hesitation, he reached out and pounced behind the zombie girl’s skirt, perfectly covering the hem!
“Perfect!”
At a full 360-degree view, the cute little bear was completely hidden. Only then was Tang Cheng satisfied as he stood up from the ground and walked out of the shop, leaving behind a cool silhouette.
It was still early, so Tang Cheng decided to keep searching this floor.
He walked along the corridor outside the milk tea shop toward the north side of the floor, but after checking every restaurant, big and small, he found no sign of any survivors.
It seemed most people on this floor had been infected!
At the very end of the hallway was a small cubicle—the living quarters for the building’s security guards. Feeling no sign of life, Tang Cheng didn’t enter.
While searching the eateries, Tang Cheng was already carrying two bags of food on his shoulder. His strength had indeed increased significantly; carrying over a hundred pounds felt weightless.
Perhaps the zombie virus inside him was continuously evolving him…
The zombies wandering around the corridor were all driven back into the shops and locked inside. With that, the entire floor was basically safe except near the elevator. As long as he didn’t make too much noise, no zombies would be attracted.
After confirming the area was secure,
Tang Cheng began to head back. He had been out for a while now and wondered if Tang Wanyue would be worried about him.
