The magnificent magic crystal chandeliers within the sleeping quarters of the Third Prince Elvin, emitted a soft glow.
One day had passed.
Elvin sat upright in a jewel-encrusted chair, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the armrest.
“Is everything arranged?”
Karl, a middle-aged man dressed in artisan’s robes, bowed his head and answered respectfully, “Yes, Your Highness. Following your orders, I have tampered with the materials for Shadowmoon Manor’s floating airship.”
“Very good.” Elvin nodded with satisfaction, “Once this is accomplished, I shall appoint you as a Baron.”
Karl trembled with excitement, “Thank you, Your Highness! I have already replaced the magic crystals in the core section with inferior materials. Once the airship starts up, the magic output will become extremely unstable, eventually leading to an inevitable out-of-control crash.”
Upon hearing the word “crash,” Elvin stopped his tapping, his mind racing with calculations.
An out-of-control crash caused by material issues would indeed lead people to believe there was a technical defect at Shadowmoon Manor.
However, that alone would not be enough to completely take down Shadowmoon Manor.
After all, Shadowmoon Manor possessed exclusive Magic Communication Technology, which allowed multiple floating warships to achieve unified command and coordination.
Even if a single material issue led to a loss of control, it might not necessarily cause them to lose their influence entirely.
But what if…
What if the guests of the Five Capitals at the welcome banquet were seriously injured or even killed because of that material issue?
Elvin rose and walked to the window, overlooking the brightly lit Academy City in the distance.
In the night, the city was as brilliant as a galaxy.
Elvin’s voice was low and cold, “The Heroes of the Five Capitals will arrive at Academy City tomorrow to attend the welcome banquet. At that time, let the runaway airship crash right into them!”
Karl’s face instantly turned pale, “This… this…”
“Remember, not a word of this must be leaked.” Elvin waved his hand with an unquestionable tone, “Go and prepare.”
“Yes… yes.” Karl retreated from the room, trembling.
Elvin stood alone by the window, a sinister smile creeping onto his face.
‘Su Nian, sooner or later, you will belong to this Prince!’
Wonderful images began to surface in his mind.
Su Nian, threatened by his schemes and left with no way out, would have no choice but to helplessly agree to marry him.
For a moment, a lewd smile appeared on the Third Prince’s face.

Over the next two days, Su Nian and Chu Tian were immersed in the sweetness of their passion.
During the day, Su Nian remained the high-and-mighty Star-Moon Saintess, circling above Academy City on Little Green to supervise the progress of the Floating Fortress project.
The azure figure had become a symbol of Academy City, representing hope and strength.
At night.
The moment Su Nian stepped into Shadowmoon Manor, her holy and majestic demeanor was cast to the winds.
Returning to Chu Tian’s side, she became his little woman, trying out various shameful yet thrilling intimate interactions.
Su Nian did not know why.
In front of others, she always maintained a perfect image and would never dream of attempting anything remotely shameful.
But in private, before Chu Tian… she was willing to try increasingly embarrassing things.
She could accept losing face in front of her lover; in fact, she found that the more shameful it was, the more excited and stimulated she felt.
This contrast was addictive to her.
She could only say that Chu Tian was different!
That night.
Su Nian walked out of the bathroom, wrapped only in a single bath towel.
Droplets of water slid down her fair skin, leaving damp marks on the carpet.
She walked over to Chu Tian, who was reading a book, took it from his hands, and sat astride his lap.
“Hubby… I want to try something different.”
Chu Tian’s palms rested on Su Nian’s waist.
“What kind of different?”
Su Nian leaned into his ear and whispered a few words.
Chu Tian’s breathing immediately grew heavy.
“You really are getting bolder and bolder,” Chu Tian said with a chuckle, his tone doting.
Su Nian took a black silk ribbon from her Storage Ring and handed it to him, her voice barely a whisper, “Didn’t you say you wanted to see me blindfolded? Today… I’ll satisfy you.”
Chu Tian took the ribbon.
He didn’t recall saying that, but seeing the young woman’s expectant and shy expression, he decided to go along with her.
“Turn around,” he said, his voice low and raspy.
Su Nian obediently turned, and the ribbon covered her eyes.
The world plunged into darkness, and her senses became exceptionally sharp.
The sound of breathing, the scent, the touch… everything was magnified.
“Hubby… I can’t see,” she said, her voice trembling.
“Isn’t this what you asked for?” Chu Tian whispered in her ear, “Do you regret it?”
“No… I’m just a little nervous.”
At that moment, a blurry image flashed through Su Nian’s mind.
A man pinned her against a wall, kissing her forcefully while she struggled but could not escape.
“Don’t be afraid, I’m here.”
The man’s voice was low and terrifying, “You will never escape my grasp, little wildcat.”
The blurred images in her mind filled her with a sense of dread.
It seemed she had memories of this; the other person seemed to have said similar harsh words.
‘It’s nothing. I’m probably just looking forward to it too much.’ Su Nian shook her head and proactively wrapped her arms around Chu Tian’s neck, offering her lips.
A flash of imagery crossed her mind again, causing her body to jerk.
“What’s wrong?” Chu Tian noticed the abnormality.
“It’s nothing. I might just be too excited.” Su Nian shook her head and actively held him.
Why did she feel fear?
This was the person she loved most… but… forget it.
She wouldn’t think about it.
In this moment, Su Nian simply treated it as a “playful” memory from before she lost her sight.
She believed she and Chu Tian were lovers and must have had all sorts of intimate interactions before her memory loss.
In Chu Tian’s arms, feeling his warmth, several more fragments flashed through her mind.
Every time they had intimate contact, memory fragments would surge forth.
Though they were blurry and unclear, they felt real.
‘My memory is returning faster and faster,’ Su Nian thought.
‘In a few more weeks, I’ll be able to fully remember the process of how I met and fell in love with my husband.’
This thought made her both expectant and nervous.
Chu Tian stroked Su Nian’s blonde hair, seeing her deep in thought.
“What are you thinking about?”
“I’m thinking… thinking about our past.” Su Nian looked up, “Hubby, how did we meet?”
“I’ve forgotten too,” Chu Tian said truthfully.
“I guess… it must have been a very romantic encounter. Since I’m so beautiful, it must have been you who fell for me first, right?” Su Nian tilted her pretty head and began to fantasize.
She was now somewhat impatient to know… how her former self had fallen in love with Chu Tian.
“It should be. It must have been a very romantic encounter.” Chu Tian nodded and pressed a kiss to her forehead.
However, the actual scene of their meeting was entirely different.
It had been in the Monster Forest, a humiliating scene where Su Nian had knelt and begged for mercy.
After the Horned Demon defeated her, it was the start of her being forced into becoming a slave.
But the current Su Nian and Chu Tian remembered none of this.
Su Nian only felt that Chu Tian was her perfect lover—gentle, considerate, powerful, and reliable.
Chu Tian had also been completely conquered by Su Nian’s sweet offensive, enjoying the absolute reliance this peerless young woman had on him.
But neither of them knew that this beauty was built on the foundation of memory loss.
Once her memories returned… Su Nian would remember her past, and that she had never truly liked him.
For now.
The two were immersed in the false sweetness brought by their amnesia, unaware of what awaited them in three weeks when their memories would return.
