Ji Haotong knew that his little brother had a fondness for crossdressing, and his skills at it were quite impressive. That line, “Why don’t you give it a try?” had been meant half as a joke, half as a tease, but he hadn’t expected Ji Yuennian to actually go for it, clutching the half-finished dress as he hurried into the changing room.
Crossdressing or not, it wasn’t like Ji Haotong hadn’t seen it before.
This time, he waited outside the changing room for fifteen minutes, planning to catch his little brother as soon as he came out, ready to have a good laugh at the little piglet dressed up like a tender cabbage.
But he hadn’t expected… his little brother’s crossdressing level was shockingly high!
A slender waist, curvy hips, and a shapely chest—if Ji Haotong hadn’t known for sure that this gorgeous woman in a qipao was his own little brother, he’d have thought the company had just recruited a new model.
Honestly, their parents’ old social circle—back in their youth—were now top dogs, and now the little brother had this crossdressing hobby. Out of a family of four, three had quirks.
Living in a family like this, Ji Haotong felt that being able to have a “normal” kink was already an accomplishment.
“What?” Only when that familiar male voice came from the qipao beauty’s rosy lips did Ji Haotong snap out of it.
“Nothing, nothing. I was just thinking, little brother, your crossdressing is really impressive.” Ji Haotong tried to play it off, picking up the notebook on the table and glancing at Ji Yuennian, a peculiar gleam flashing in his eyes.
“Little brother, tell me how you feel right now.”
Ji Yuennian, dressed in a qipao, was sitting on the sofa with her elegant legs crossed, delicately sipping a cup of coffee. At those words, she raised an eyebrow, “What do you mean, how do I feel?”
“I mean, how does it feel to wear women’s clothes? You know, in the clothing design business, you always have to take user feedback.”
“Then why are you so excited?” Ji Yuennian couldn’t help but retort.
The excitement and thrill sparkled in Ji Haotong’s black eyes, so much so that anyone unaware might think he’d taken something. He pressed his lips together and smiled, “It’s just a professional habit acting up.”
“All right then.” Ji Yuennian pondered for a moment, poking her chest and tugging at the fabric.
“It’s a bit tight here. My suggestion is to make it a bit looser.”
“That’s not necessary. We can just make it in different sizes. If you’re an A, buy the A. If you’re a B, buy the B. But this type of qipao—only a C can really pull it off.”
As he spoke, Ji Haotong stroked his chin, his gaze landing on the two large mounds on the chest, clicking his tongue twice, “Didn’t expect your pecs to be this dramatic, little brother.”
“Of course. I’m a real man.”
“Over the summer break, I spent at least a month and a half training my chest.”
Ji “Super Buff Lady” Yuennian didn’t even blink as she said it.
“What are you doing?”
A slender little hand slapped away someone’s big paw. Ji Yuennian glared at the man in front of her, wary, scooting her butt a bit further away.
Ji Haotong put on an innocent face, spreading his hands as he explained, “Just wanted to feel the pecs. But you’re so jumpy, little brother—anyone watching would think I was being a pervert.”
“Get lost.” Ji Yuennian’s face darkened.
If that paw had actually made contact just now, there was a high chance he’d have noticed something was off. His big brother really—well, “men and women have…” Bah! Men and women, what nonsense. Besides, he was a real man. Why was he starting to put himself in a woman’s shoes?
And in his big brother’s eyes, he was just a quirky little brother who liked to crossdress. They’d bathed and scrubbed each other’s backs in the past, so a quick chest pat didn’t mean much now.
“Next question.”
Seeing Ji Yuennian refuse, Ji Haotong didn’t push. Holding the notebook, he continued, “How comfortable is the qipao overall? If you rate it out of ten stars, how many would you give it? It’d be best if you could explain your reasons.”
Ji Yuennian thought for a moment and said, “Five stars. The fabric at the waist is a bit abrasive, and…”
Thus, the “brother-sister” pair exchanged questions and answers. Ji Yuennian, already fond of crossdressing, had tried most of the women’s clothing available in stores and even developed a personal system for evaluating purchases. He could analyze from both a male and female perspective, so he handled Ji Haotong’s questions with ease.
Meanwhile, Ji Haotong quietly listened to the feedback, occasionally nodding or frowning in thought.
In the end, having gathered a mountain of revision suggestions for the qipao—albeit just from Ji Yuennian alone—Ji Haotong had already formed a plan for the next round of refinement in his mind.
“So, big brother, are you satisfied with my suggestions?” On the sofa, the beauty in the qipao sat with legs sprawled wide, biting into an apple, with not a trace of ladylike demeanor—more like a streetwise tomboy.
“Incredibly helpful, especially your analysis from both male and female perspectives. Very insightful.” Ji Haotong smiled and nodded.
But his gaze couldn’t help drifting to the fair, long legs revealed by the qipao’s slit. Not a single hair in sight. His eyes flickered with doubt.
He vaguely remembered his little brother’s legs being quite hairy before. How long had it been? How did they become…
“Humble, humble.” Ji Yuennian basked in the recognition and praise, feigning modesty, but her eyes sparkled with pride and anticipation, sneaking glances at the man as if hoping for another compliment.
“Little brother.”
“Yes?”
“I remember your leg hair used to be pretty thick.”
“Yeah, but I shaved it all. Crossdressing requires it. For things like white stockings or fishnet tights, you know.”
“Your skin’s gotten really fair lately, too.” Ji Haotong’s gaze landed on her face, scrutinizing her eyes, nose, lips, and jaw.
Strange. It was the same as always, just a lot fairer. But why did his little brother seem so much more pleasing to the eye now?
How to put it—if Ji Yuennian used to be a sun-kissed, bright, cheerful boy, then now, he’d become the artistic type, especially with that ear-length short hair, exuding an air of creativity.
“Of course. I’ve been taking a lot of supplements and using face masks every night. Naturally, my skin is fairer.” Ji Yuennian answered confidently, without a trace of guilt.
“Big brother, how about you let me have this half-finished one?” Now done with the self-praise, Ji Yuennian’s crossdressing-collector instincts flared up. Her peach-blossom eyes shone with anticipation.
“Give it to you?” Ji Haotong stroked his chin, as if thinking it over.
Just as Ji Yuennian thought he’d have to beg a few more times, Ji Haotong suddenly nodded, “All right. But don’t post any photos online. Even though it’s just a sample, it’ll be the main recommended model for next season.”
Hearing this, Ji Yuennian’s eyes lit up. She nodded eagerly, then joyfully dashed to the changing room, swapped out of the qipao, packed it up in a black plastic bag, and took it with her.
Once Ji Yuennian had completely disappeared from sight, the man finally withdrew that “my little piglet’s all grown up” gaze. Fingers intertwined, he propped his chin on the table, brow furrowed, face turning somber.
“Something’s off,” Ji Haotong muttered.
Ji Yuennian’s love of crossdressing had surprised him, but he could accept it. After all, society was a lot more open-minded now. Ji Yuennian’s transformation from domineering school bully to cultured artsy boy—he could also understand. There were plenty of stories about men changing their ways for love.
As for Ji Yuennian’s skin going from sun-kissed to milky white, well, with the right supplements and high-end face masks, a dramatic transformation in a few months was plausible.
But… recalling those two full, impossible-to-miss curves, and the faintly feminine scent on Ji Yuennian after crossdressing…
The man’s expression turned odd.
Could it be that his little brother was actually taking that stuff?
