A boy’s virginity is extremely important.
At least, for Suzuki Yuu, it certainly was. He was absolutely sure that with Shiina Chisa’s personality, if he didn’t find a way to save himself now, he’d probably be stuck with her forever.
He couldn’t accept that.
So his mind raced frantically, and soon, he remembered the very question she had asked at the beginning.
“Wait, I really did have someone else in mind when I came to break up with you!”
He blurted it out almost reflexively, and as soon as the words left his mouth, Shiina Chisa’s movements froze.
But in the next moment, he felt the air around him drop several degrees.
It seemed like something terrifying was about to happen.
“Who?” An icy question reached Suzuki Yuu’s ears.
A string of names flashed through his mind, as if searching for someone whose name wouldn’t leave him at her mercy.
By pure chance, he actually thought of one, and, without hesitation, said it aloud:
“It’s Jingu Tenon from the Student Council…”
He said it without any confidence, his voice growing smaller and smaller, because in reality, he’d never interacted with this upperclassman. All he knew was that she was the President of the Student Council, quite famous at school, with a powerful family background.
So it was an excuse that could easily be seen through, but Suzuki Yuu couldn’t care about that anymore. Surviving was what mattered most right now.
To his surprise, when he spoke the name, Miss Shiina’s actions did seem to halt, and she fell deep into thought.
Soon, he saw her bite her thumb and begin to pace back and forth.
“How could it be her? Did she do this on purpose?”
Her expression was full of unwillingness, looking exactly like a kitten who’d had its food snatched away, her eyes brimming with grievance and anger.
This actually caught Suzuki Yuu off guard. Was this upperclassman really that influential, enough to leave even this young lady at a loss?
It looked like the crisis for now was over. Hmm… I’ll apologize to the upperclassman on my knees later.
He relaxed a little, but Shiina Chisa’s next words instantly put him on edge again.
“Wait a moment, I’m going to make a phone call and ask. If you dare to lie to me…”
Now he was truly doomed.
Suzuki Yuu’s mood plummeted to rock bottom again. These young ladies must have some sort of connection—why hadn’t he thought of that?
Soon, Shiina Chisa left the room, but only a few minutes later, she returned.
This time, she looked utterly defeated. She looked at Suzuki Yuu, untied his ropes, and said in a tone tinged with resignation:
“Just go.”
It seemed she’d made the call, but why did Shiina Chisa let him off so easily? Did the upperclassman cover for him?
Suzuki Yuu was filled with questions, but his body dared not linger. He made his way out in hurried steps, almost fleeing in panic.
He all but bolted out of the Shiina Family Laboratory.
It wasn’t until he returned to his apartment and made sure he was safe that he realized his back was drenched in cold sweat. Supporting himself on his knees, he panted heavily, his heart still pounding violently.
“Barely escaped with my life…”
Suzuki Yuu muttered to himself as he mechanically washed up and changed clothes. His reflection in the mirror was pale, and his eyes still held lingering panic.
“Calm down, I still have to apologize tomorrow…” He forced a wry smile and splashed cold water on his face.
The next morning, he arrived at school nearly an hour earlier than usual. The empty corridor echoed with only the sound of his footsteps.
Of course, this wasn’t because he was in such a rush to apologize—he just hadn’t slept well last night.
Thinking back, anyone would find it impossible to sleep well after being seduced by a rich, beautiful girl, tied up in a confined space, and almost experiencing some indescribable incident the day before, right?
Even now, he was worried about how to face Miss Shiina today.
At that moment, the System’s untimely voice rang out in his mind:
[Relationship failed. You have broken up with Shiina Chisa. German Learning Progress has stalled. Please select a new target.]
So be it—failure was fine. The mere fact that he’d managed to escape the Shiina Household in one piece was already a miracle.
As Suzuki Yuu walked down the hallway, his eyes were quickly drawn to a photo posted on the school Notice Board.
It was a group photo of the Student Council members, neatly displayed at the center of the board.
In the picture, the girl standing at the very center, in the C position, was especially eye-catching.
Her jet-black, glossy hair flowed to her waist, each strand perfectly combed, shimmering softly in the light. Her delicate features bore a natural elegance, and her pitch-black eyes gazed gently at the camera.
Of course, what attracted Suzuki Yuu most was her figure…
Even in the Student Council uniform, her breathtaking curves were obvious. Her slender waist and perfectly proportioned body made it undeniable—this was a beautiful girl perfect in every way.
She wore an impeccable smile, her hands folded neatly in front of her, posture upright, radiating the unique sense of reliability and approachability characteristic of a top student.
Beneath the photo, in neatly written script, it read: Student Council President—Jingu Tenon.
“Hmm, even by my standards, I’d give her a 95.”
Suzuki Yuu commented with a straight face, then turned, ready to walk on.
But the figure that appeared in his field of vision made him freeze in place.
He saw a girl smiling at him—the same face as in the photo, but even more beautiful in person.
Suzuki Yuu glanced at the Notice Board, then back, comparing the two three times before finally opening his mouth:
“Um… Jingu-senpai, good morning…”
It seemed he had never expected to run into her at this hour, and all the apologies he’d rehearsed last night vanished from his mind.
What she said next made him want to crawl into a hole and hide:
“Good morning, junior. What did you mean by what you just said to the Notice Board?”
“N-no, it’s nothing.” Suzuki Yuu tried to come up with an excuse.
“So where did the five points get deducted? And what is your grading standard, junior?”
Suzuki Yuu’s face turned bright red in an instant. Clearly, his idle remark had been overheard.
Fortunately, the upperclassman seemed so innocent, gentle, and understanding—she’d probably let it slide…
Suzuki Yuu was just about to slip into his “rental boyfriend” mode and find an excuse.
However, at that moment, Jingu Tenon’s sudden words completely petrified him:
“Hmm~ Looks like it’s because of lust, isn’t it?”
