Propofol? Narcotic sleeping pills? Yoon Jooho turns himself in, says, ‘I’ll reveal everything’
Actor Yoon Jooho, who has become the center of controversy over allegations of illegal propofol injections and illegal sleeping pill use, voluntarily appeared before the Wide Area Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.
Late this afternoon, he responded swiftly just two hours after the popular YouTuber ‘Kaying’ raised the issue on their channel.
Given the case’s potential for significant social repercussions, it appears the police urgently accepted Mr. Yoon’s request to appear and be questioned.

I’ve just been refreshing for articles, and breaking news just came out.
There wasn’t even a trace of propofol detected.
He even returned the illegal sleeping pills the clinic allegedly gave him, unopened, not even one touched.
The Director claimed they were really effective pills, but Jooho says he doesn’t even like sedatives, let alone sleeping pills, so he just left them at home (which is what he already told the reporters before going into the Police Agency).
Yoon Jooho said he didn’t even know those sleeping pills were illegal substances in Korea.
I mean, isn’t that normal?? If a doctor gives you something, how are you supposed to doubt it???
He said every time he visited the clinic, he just did what the Director told him and slept for an hour or two in the clinic’s sleep room, that’s it.

Yoon Jooho’s parents handed 3 billion won and 1.2 billion won each to the Sleep Center Director and Kaying
Police investigation has revealed that YouTuber ‘Kaying’, who first raised suspicions of illegal propofol use by actor Yoon Jooho, received information from Yoon Jooho’s parents, Yoon Gyeong-jun and Hwang Ji-yeon, via a Broker, and was paid approximately 1.2 billion won for exposing it on their channel.
The Director Im of the Seocho District Sleep Center, who was already under arrest for violations of the Narcotics Control Act and Medical Act, was found to have received 3 billion won from the couple, adding to the charges.
The couple identified that Director Im was struggling with over 2 billion won in debt, approached him, and were found to have planned and ordered this scheme.
In the process, Yoon Gyeong-jun and Hwang Ji-yeon even used company funds from ‘Look Planning’, where they served as CEOs, as crime money.
The couple were immediately arrested due to the high risk of evidence destruction, and are expected to face further investigation under detention.
They are suspected of inciting major drug crimes, as well as additional charges of false accusation, defamation, coercion, breach of trust, and embezzlement.
No official reason for their crime has been announced yet, but industry insiders believe recent disagreements with their son, actor Yoon Jooho, over company management were the cause.
