The Zhu Siyao before him was no longer the girl he once knew.
Jiang Huai’s toes pressed sharply against the ground, his figure flashing like lightning as he shot backward at high speed, trying to open up a safe distance.
At the same time, the Two Energies of Yin and Yang surged wildly within him, and the Protective Spiritual Light flared up instantly.
“Not a slow reaction at all.” Zhu Siyao let out a soft, alluring laugh.
The laughter no longer held the crispness of a young girl, but was filled with twisted charm.
“Too bad—it’s too late!”
She no longer concealed herself; the terrifying power belonging to the Outworld Heavenly Demon erupted like a flood breaking its banks.
A pressure far surpassing the Golden Core Stage exploded out from her as the center.
“Rumble—!”
The entire Secret Realm trembled violently.
The dark red sky looked as though it was about to drip blood, the cracked earth shattering inch by inch, revealing below a surging mass of thick, sticky Demonic Qi.
The already-twisted dead trees seemed to come alive, transforming into countless writhing, spiked Demonized Tentacles that lashed out at Jiang Huai from all directions.
In the blink of an eye, this place had changed from a perilous land into a true Forest of Demons.
“Who are you really? Where’s Siyao?!” Jiang Huai cried in shock and anger, the Two Energies of Yin and Yang around him transforming into streams of black and white light.
Like two swimming dragons, they circled him and shredded the first wave of Demonized Tentacles to pieces.
He formed a hand seal, and a Yin Symbol imbued with purifying power instantly formed, shooting straight at “Zhu Siyao.”
Looking at the demonized Zhu Siyao before him, excitement surged in Jiang Huai’s heart—a hunter’s instinctive urge to slay Outworld Heavenly Demons.
But seeing that familiar face, his killing intent faltered again, and he even felt at a loss as to how to strike.
He no longer had the methods of the previous generation’s Yin-Yang Body—he could not seal away the Red Dragon without harming it, nor could he deal with the Heavenly Demon as the previous generation had.
“Who am I?” “Zhu Siyao” waved her hand casually. A solid, condensed black Demon Shield blocked the Yin-Yang Talisman.
The talisman and Demon Shield annihilated each other, erupting in a violent shockwave.
A cruel, mocking expression twisted her face.
While controlling countless demonic shadows and tentacles to attack Jiang Huai from every cunning angle, she used Zhu Siyao’s own voice to speak:
“I’m Zhu Siyao, or rather, this body is hers.”
“I’m just making use of her inner darkness.”
That was the greatest advantage of these Outworld Heavenly Demons—who could guarantee their heart was free of shadows?
“Inner darkness?” Jiang Huai frowned, finding the situation extremely tricky.
He gripped his sword tightly, sending a message to Qin Qingyue through the Black Dragon Mark, while pondering how to deal with the enemy.
If he tried to run now, Jiang Huai believed he could escape—but what about Zhu Siyao?
Zhu Siyao gave a crazed chuckle, a trace of madness flashing across the girl’s face.
She lightly stroked her thigh, then grinned playfully at Jiang Huai:
“From the first time I saw you, I was interested in you, but you took my mother from me, and I hated you so much for it.”
“But in the Small World, I fell for you again—what a pity.”
“I really liked you as ‘Father’, you know. I used to secretly call you that at night.”
“Every night when I lay in bed, all I thought about was you.”
“I’d imagine what it’d be like to have you on top of me, imagine you treating me the way you treat my mother.”
Inside her sea of consciousness, Zhu Siyao was filled with despair, listening helplessly as the Heavenly Demon revealed all her secret feelings to Jiang Huai, her face ashen as death.
It’s over, it’s all over. Everything’s been said. The past, the future—everything is over. It’s all over.
Ignoring Zhu Siyao in the sea of consciousness, the Heavenly Demon continued to smile at Jiang Huai with ease:
“I’m jealous of Chi Lian, jealous of Su Yingman, jealous of all those women who can openly stay by your side.”
“I only look noble on the surface. Inside, I’ve longed for you desperately for so long. Actually, I’ve always wanted to…”
“Shut up!!!” Jiang Huai roared.
These filthy words assaulted not only his mind, but mixed in demonic tones, trampled savagely on Zhu Siyao’s purity and dignity.
The Two Energies of Yin and Yang inside him boiled.
A blazing Yin-Yang Rotation appeared before him, exploding and clearing all demonic creatures within dozens of meters.
Zhu Siyao cackled, unconcerned by Jiang Huai’s offensive, and nimbly began to dodge.
His attacks were ferocious, and the Two Energies of Yin and Yang naturally suppressed the Demonic Qi—each strike obliterated large swathes of demons, and he even broke through her defenses at times, leaving wounds on the “Zhu Siyao” body under the Heavenly Demon’s control.
Yet every time his killing move was about to strike a vital spot—heart, head, or dantian—his movements would always hesitate and go astray at the last moment.
“What’s wrong? Isn’t your swordsmanship fierce? Why not kill me?” Zhu Siyao grinned at Jiang Huai and launched a merciless attack.
“Pfft!”
A black Demonic Blade, formed from pure Demonic Qi, shot out from the shadows at his side, viciously piercing Jiang Huai’s shoulder blade and sending a spray of hot blood into the air.
“Heh, feeling sorry? Can’t bear to hurt this body?”
The Heavenly Demon sneered, controlling “Zhu Siyao’s” body to cling to him like a wraith.
Five fingers curved like claws, fingertips wrapped in corrosive Demonic Qi, slashing directly at Jiang Huai’s dantian.
“She wants you to ‘die’ on her, you know!”
Jiang Huai gritted his teeth and twisted, narrowly avoiding a fatal blow, but his waist was still slashed open to the bone.
Demonic Qi, like maggots in rotten flesh, tried to burrow into his meridians.
He quickly circulated the Two Energies of Yin and Yang, forcing the corruption out, but his face grew even paler.
He was held back at every turn, while the Heavenly Demon struck without hesitation—every blow was lethal, exploiting his reluctance to harm Zhu Siyao’s body to leave more and more wounds on him.
Blood dyed his dark robe red, and his breathing grew heavier.
If not for his deep foundation, the inexhaustible Two Energies of Yin and Yang, and the protection of the Three Dragon Origins, he would have already lost.
He couldn’t fight back—his opponent controlled Zhu Siyao’s body, and Jiang Huai simply couldn’t bring himself to strike.
A deep, world-shaking hum sounded.
From the direction of the Secret Realm’s entrance, the previously stable spinning gateway flickered rapidly, then suddenly dimmed and shrank, as if snuffed out by an invisible hand, vanishing entirely.
The entire Secret Realm was now completely sealed off, a barrier more solid than ever, shutting out the outside world.
Zhu Siyao’s face twisted into a cruel and delighted smile as her plan succeeded:
“Give up, Yin-Yang Body.”
“I won’t let Qin Qingyue and Wu Zhaohua come save you, nor will I give you a chance, Yin-Yang Body.”
“Jiang Huai, you have nowhere left to run.”
“My advice? Do as I wish—take off your clothes and satisfy this little girl one last time, and maybe I’ll let you die a little easier.”
Wonderful, truly wonderful—the Yin-Yang Body will finally end with her this generation.
Zhu Siyao licked the blood belonging to Jiang Huai from her fingertips.
The demonic light in her eyes grew ever brighter, and even more frenzied attacks rained down upon the already exhausted Jiang Huai like a storm.
