The sound of a phone ringing shattered the quiet of dawn.

Awakened by his biological clock, Zhao Yicheng reached over to the nightstand, grabbed his phone, and turned off the alarm.

A glance at the time showed it was already seven in the morning.

Xu Yinsheng rolled her eyes and ruthlessly slapped away his greasy hand as he tried to burrow under the covers again.

“Do you have to kick the door in so early in the morning?”

Zhao Yicheng thought about the large withdrawal from the Bank Card.

From under the blanket, a fair and slender hand appeared.

Her nails still bore traces of nail polish.

Xu Yinsheng pointed to the figurines and memorabilia scattered around the room, then yawned.

He pulled out one photo.

“See? I’m not lying.”

Xu Yinsheng shrugged and winked playfully.

“If I really wanted to run, I would have done it long ago.”

The man narrowed his eyes slightly, staring at the person before him, lips pressed tight, face darkening to the extreme.

Seeing this, Xu Yinsheng hurriedly said, “Alright, alright, Master, I’m joking.”

“A well-behaved cat like me could never run away. I definitely won’t run.”

“If you want something, just tell me.”

His hand pinched her chin.

“I don’t allow you to wander around without my permission.”

Xu Yinsheng was speechless, knowing Zhao Yicheng probably had another episode.

He smiled and said, “I won’t force you.”

He was the one who ignited the fire, but now he denied it.

“Are you going to do it or not? If not, get lost!!”
