Jiang Ke’er didn’t fixate on just one shop to buy Qiankun Bags from; if she only bought from the Blind Demon Old Grandpa’s shop, it might end up costing him his life.
She then proceeded to sweep up all the Qiankun Bags priced under 3 Spirit Stones along the entire street. Her Inventory was already filled with tens of thousands of Qiankun Bags.
After finishing with the Qiankun Bags, Jiang Ke’er moved on to clear out the herb shops.
Across all of Jing City, more than half of the common herbs were sold out by her, and some smaller pharmacies were forced to close shop entirely!
Amid the smiling farewells from the shop owners, Jiang Ke’er shifted direction once more, glancing at the few remaining Magic Crystals in her Inventory before stepping into an alchemy equipment store.
Though the alchemy furnaces sold by small shops outside could never compare to those from Lingyin Valley in quality, and their alchemy equipment was far less specialized… Jiang Ke’er wasn’t planning to refine extremely precious medicines, so these furnaces would suffice.
She bought three furnaces at once, along with nine sets of matching equipment… then purchased several thousand Empty Pill Bottles and Wax Seals before finally exhaling in relief.
Glancing at her now empty Currency Bar, nearly thirty thousand Magic Crystals were spent overnight, with ninety percent of it used to buy basic herbs.
Back in her inn room, Jiang Ke’er entered the Stellar Transdimensional Cultivation Ground.
In truth, ever since she reached the Four Symbols Realm, the second gate of the training ground had already lit up, but since she hadn’t been able to defeat the System Dummy inside the first gate, she had never entered the second gate.
This time, carrying a full Inventory of alchemy tools, Jiang Ke’er stepped through the second gate.
The first gate’s teleportation scene was an arena, but the second gate’s scene was a grassland.
Jiang Ke’er was teleported to the doorstep of a wooden cabin on the grassland.
Not far from the door flowed a clear stream—a perfect place for secluded cultivation.
Opening the door revealed some living essentials for long-term training.
There was a soft, comfortable bed and a large bathtub.
On the table sat a strange device with a label reading “Egg Incubator.”
Driven by curiosity, Jiang Ke’er took out the bowl holding the Jin Wu Eggs and placed it on the incubator… but nothing happened.
She fiddled with it a few more times but couldn’t figure out how to use it, so she set it aside for now.
The room also contained various odd devices and several bags of Fox Cub Feed—items she didn’t dare to touch recklessly.
Her gaze shifted to the System Panel in her field of vision.
【Second-level Training Space – Size: Half-Plane – Time Ratio: Real 1 : Training Space 20】
Twenty times the time difference, huh?
Perfect, that’s exactly what she needed!
Jiang Ke’er didn’t summon the System Dummy this time; instead, she took out her alchemy furnace and all the related equipment.
Since it was her first time refining pills, she decided to start with something simple.
Grade A Hemostatic Pill, you’re up first!
In reality, these outrageously expensive monopoly pills mostly had a shockingly low difficulty to refine!
For example, the Grade B Hemostatic Pill was only slightly harder to make than Grade C and Grade D versions.
Jiang Ke’er could refine a batch of 100 pills in half an hour, with a 100% success rate!
Including labor costs, the cost price was only about 10 Spirit Stones per batch, no more!
Even if they charged an intellectual property fee, 100 Magic Crystals per pill was way too much!
Although Grade A Hemostatic Pills were significantly harder to refine, the cost per batch was only around 1 Magic Crystal, and each batch produced at least three pills, yet the selling price could reach 10,000 Magic Crystals per pill.
Even robbery didn’t yield profits that fast!
Jiang Ke’er recalled how hard she had worked, rummaging through others’ pockets for a month, and still the three pills produced in half an hour by others were worth more… it made her blood boil!
Her pill refining speed accelerated, and she became increasingly adept at packing finished pills into bags.
Referring to her little notebook, Jiang Ke’er refined several batches of each monopoly pill until she had filled a thousand bags.
This was her first batch of goods to open the market. The pill prices varied, and the number of pills in each bag was also different.
Even Jiang Ke’er herself couldn’t remember exactly what was inside every bag, only that some contained super grand prizes, while the rest were packed with plenty of pills.
After packing all the bags, Jiang Ke’er extinguished the furnace for the time being, stored the remaining pills, and exited the cultivation space.
By then, dawn had broken. She had spent over three days inside the training space, but only a bit over three hours had passed outside.
Since the gathering time hadn’t arrived yet, Jiang Ke’er hurried out and headed straight for the Jing City Auction Center.
The Auction Center in Jing City had a very considerate feature called Consignment.
Sellers only needed to hand over their goods and select a consignment period, and the Auction House would assign staff to sell the goods on their behalf.
The proceeds from sales would be instantly deposited into the seller’s Magic Crystal Card.
This method avoided sellers having to appear in person, which many people preferred when offloading black market goods.
Of course, the Auction House charged a hefty commission in return.
“Consignment duration?” The Auction House clerk asked expressionlessly, neither flattering nor disdainful, just businesslike.
“Two hours,” Jiang Ke’er replied.
The clerk quickly jotted down the information and said, “The commission for two hours of consignment is 200 Magic Crystals. If the goods aren’t sold within the time limit, they will be stored free of charge in the warehouse for six additional hours. If not collected after that, the goods will not be returned.”
That’s harsh.
Two hours—just four hours—and it already costs 200 Magic Crystals. If the goods don’t sell, they’re only stored for twelve hours total; otherwise, the Auction House will keep them.
“So, you confirm the consignment period is two hours?” the clerk asked again.
“Confirmed.”
“Name of the goods to consign?”
“First Batch Super Value Spirit Pill Lucky Bag.”
“Unit price?”
“One Magic Crystal.”
Jiang Ke’er registered all sorts of information here, then handed over those cracked, deformed Qiankun Bags to the consignment staff.
The staff frowned, puzzled why someone dared to sell such junk at that price and was willing to pay a 200 Magic Crystal consignment fee.
Who would buy them?
Burning money for fun?
“I have a small special request,” Jiang Ke’er said, pulling out the last ten Magic Crystals from her pocket and handing them to the consignment staff, “When selling, first give away ten bags for free, then sell normally.”
“No problem,” the consignment staff happily accepted the Magic Crystals… who cares about the rest? Money makes the master!
Jiang Ke’er strode away confidently.
