Before triggering the mission at the destination, the Chasing Demon Knights team first decided to take a short break in the middle of the journey, planning to rest and freshen up before reporting.
They discovered a small stream hidden among the mountain ridges, and Samimi immediately suggested setting up camp nearby to prepare for a good soak.
The three Knights of the Chasing Demon Knights, clad in their armor, were already thoroughly soaked inside it; it was about time for a proper wash.
Of course, this wasn’t really Samimi’s true objective.
Although the beautiful girls naturally appeared charming and alluring, her real focus was on getting Qi Qi Zhu to take off that heavy armor.
In Samimi’s mind, there was only one obsession—to reveal Qi Qi Zhu’s true face.
This was something that even the had never displayed or described. Samimi seriously doubted that beneath all that armor, the bulky Knight might be nothing more than a hollow shell. It made sense that there was no mention of this in the original text—perhaps it didn’t exist at all? But in reality, it wasn’t so simple.
Because Samimi’s Cleansing Wisdom Art enhanced her senses, she could detect through the armor, but only barely. She could see that there was indeed a human silhouette inside the armor, so it wasn’t empty, but she couldn’t make out Qi Qi Zhu’s true face. It was as if some kind of illusion was blocking her clear vision. So Samimi was very curious.
There weren’t many things in this world that intrigued her. “Race you! Let’s see who swims faster!” Scout Karl and Niubao immediately stripped off and jumped into the little river, swimming with boundless energy and enthusiasm.
But Samimi had no interest in these bouncy, fleshy little girls, and was more intrigued by the captain, Frolro’s firm, well-toned body.
Samimi sat by the spring, soaking her feet in the water, casually paddling, pretending to be a calm and elegant beauty. Captain Frolro was washing herself nearby, unaware that this graceful black-robed sister was actually a cunning spy, her sharp eyes silently watching her every move.
Samimi wasn’t particularly interested in those young and pretty female leads—at best, she found them mildly pleasing, but nothing more.
However, the solid, muscular figure of Chasing Demon Knights captain Frolro perfectly matched Samimi’s aesthetic preference! The shapely curves, the firm muscles gleaming with strength, the powerful hands! No wonder those little pervs loved to pick female Knights as their partners. Without such a solid body, how could they withstand the numerous colorful ‘games’? Samimi’s old soul appreciated that.
“Captain Frolro, let me help you wash your back,” Samimi said, licking her lips, unable to hold back any longer. A bold suggestion.
“Then I’ll trouble Sister Knight,” Frolro accepted without hesitation, clearly not thinking twice.
Samimi eagerly climbed over and started helping Captain Frolro scrub her back, sneaking in little touches with her small hands, taking full advantage of the opportunity, feeling extremely delighted.
Samimi’s talents were not simple or crude as in the original text, where everyone could easily see that the original Niubao was a woman. But now, Samimi executed a move called the Invisible Ghost Hand.
The recipient didn’t even realize they were being touched, thinking it was just the brush of water, completely unaware their intimate areas were being fondled.
This was a kind of stealthy mastery, a traditional technique every transformative protagonist had to master. As long as one skillfully employed this hidden hand trick, no one would suspect their true preferences.
“Ah! That’s not helping!” Frolro suddenly exclaimed. This reminded Samimi of a strange person, none other than Priestess Rebecca.
Rebecca had been secretly touching her during her bath, but Samimi, not realizing she was a priestess, didn’t mind and let it happen.
Now she realized that Rebecca might have been controlling a certain ‘runaway feeling,’ making Samimi unable to get angry even when her little hands were being groped. Could it be that she too was being controlled by Priestess Rebecca? Did that mean her own panties had been buttoned and torn apart?
“Is something wrong?” Frolro asked.
“Nothing, just thinking about a teammate,” Samimi said, her small hands continuing to explore the female Knight captain’s back.
Captain Frolro didn’t realize she was being violated and instead felt quite comfortable. Soon, everyone finished washing, feeling refreshed both physically and mentally.
Captain Frolro took advantage of the moment to have scout Karl help her wash as well.
“Wait a moment,” Samimi suddenly realized she had forgotten something.
She looked around and saw the bulky armored Knight Qi Qi Zhu sitting cross-legged on a large rock, meditating, still fully clad in that heavy armor.
“Qi Qi Zhu, aren’t you going to wash?” Samimi called out, walking over to ask. “No need. My body has an Automatic Cleansing Function,” Qi Qi Zhu replied earnestly.
This statement left the transmigrator Samimi utterly speechless. She wasn’t sure if Qi Qi Zhu was serious or joking. In the end, Samimi still failed she didn’t get to see Qi Qi Zhu’s true face. This was her last chance.
A righteous Chasing Demon Knight would never casually remove her bulky armor. After traveling for half a day, they finally reached the destination.
There was no way Qi Qi Zhu would remove that heavy armor during the mission. Passing through a forest, ahead was a three-party joint checkpoint established by the Church, the Guild, and the Kingdom Knights.
They had built sharp wooden stakes and temporary guard posts at least a decent attempt at security.
“Stop! Who are you?”
“Military restricted area ahead! Unauthorized personnel are not allowed near!” But as the Chasing Demon Knights team stepped forward a few steps, a group of Kingdom soldiers quickly surrounded them.
“We’re the Special Salvation Squad, here to handle the incident,” Captain Frolro announced with a clear, commanding voice. The Kingdom Knights showed suspicious expressions but, seeing how capable each of them looked, they didn’t immediately oppose them.
Still, five people was too few to handle the Dungeon.
They didn’t allow the Chasing Demon Knights in right away but sent someone to notify the Church personnel stationed there. Soon, a group of Church Knights and a Violet Archpriest arrived at the gate, solemnly eyeing the Chasing Demon Knights.
“Your Excellency, we are members of the Chasing Demon Knights Bureau, sent from the capital to investigate abnormalities in the Dungeon,” Captain Frolro said, presenting a letter. “Chasing Demon Knights Bureau? Never heard of it,” the Violet Archpriest replied lightly, taking the letter but showing reluctance to let them pass.
Everyone waited silently at the gate, watching the Violet Archpriest’s expression.
Even with a letter from the Church Headquarters in the capital, it didn’t help because this area was undoubtedly under the Archpriest’s jurisdiction.
Here, he was the emperor; what was the capital’s Church to him? If the Pope, Holy Maiden, and the Violet Archpriest himself had personally come, things might be different.
Otherwise, the usual arrogant indifference would definitely make them wait in frustration.
After all, this was a brand-new Dungeon. It was indeed the Blood Ghosts’ lair, but there were certainly priceless treasures hidden inside.
