Chapter 14: Whispers of the Demon King

The sticky, wet sounds continued without pause.

She felt as if a slippery snake was blocking her ear canal, and it seemed to have slithered into her brain, stirring her nerves into a dizzying mess.

Her mind felt like it was about to be completely soaked by the snake’s bodily fluids.

Her entire body gradually lost strength, especially whenever the wet, soft red snake probed deeper into her ear canal, sending tingling electric sensations through her body.

Even her clenched fists felt limp.

Her face flushed slightly, her thighs rubbed together unnaturally, and her tightly closed eyes looked like they were holding back something.

Just as she was about to lose her composure and make a sound, the muffled noise in her ear suddenly cleared, and the wet, sticky sensation disappeared.

Done, was it over?

Just as Su Mo let out a breath of relief, the same feeling suddenly appeared in her other ear, catching her off guard and causing her to let out a soft, coquettish cry.

Hearing that, the sly snake became even more unrestrained, occasionally letting out soft, delicate hums.

Suddenly, something bit her ear, and the tickling sensation instantly spread from the top of her head all over her body.

Su Mo’s fur stood on end, her hair, and even her tail bristled instinctively.

“I’ve found your weak spot.”

“Don’t bite the Demon King’s ear, nya~”

It seemed the sly snake had taken her ear into its mouth, warm fangs gently grinding against her soft, elastic ear.

“D-Demon King, you like to eat other people’s ears so much… are you some kind of savage from the Barbarian Tribe? Nya~”

Seeing Su Mo still stubbornly resisting, the snake bit down harder, its technique becoming more skilled.

It decisively took that large ear from the tip downward into its mouth, unleashing a storm-like assault to ‘cleanse’ the ear.

Su Mo finally couldn’t hold back and began to whimper softly, but she still gritted her teeth and struggled to suppress her voice.

This assault lasted a full three minutes, only stopping when the thick fur on both her cat ears was completely soaked.

“Feeling anything, my beloved consort?”

“All I feel is the Demon King’s saliva ravaging my beautiful fur.”

She replied stubbornly.

“Oh? Then you still want more, huh.”

Lantis’s eyes sparkled with amusement.

That was exactly the answer she wanted—she wasn’t done yet.

Her gaze shifted from the fluffy ears atop Su Mo’s head to the ears on each side of her face.

Curiously, she asked, “Can your transformed ears actually hear anything?”

“No, they can’t.”

“Is that so?”

She blew lightly on the ear, and Su Mo’s waist seemed to weaken even more in her arms.

“Lying little kitty needs to be punished.”

Before Su Mo could respond, a warm, wet sensation fully enveloped her left ear.

Without the protection of fur this time, the slick, warm feeling was even clearer.

She could even feel the snake trying to crawl deeper into the tiny ear canal.

“Th-That’s not a cat’s ear! You can’t get inside, nya~”

But it really went inside.

Su Mo was baffled.

How could the snake, given its thickness, possibly enter her ear canal?

She looked into Lantis’s eyes and saw her pupils glowing with a faint purple light.

She was even using magic for this?!

How shameless!!

Using illusion magic, Lantis transformed the little snake into a probe, pushing it into Su Mo’s ear canal, unleashing chaos once again.

Waves of tingling sensations flooded Su Mo’s brain, and she could no longer hold herself upright.

It felt like a catastrophic flood raging inside her ear, as if the entire world was submerged, and she was a survivor drifting in the torrent.

Her body was enveloped by this warm, sticky flood.

Even blinking or moving a finger felt restrained, her muscles growing limp and soft.

At this moment, she was like a humanoid doll, helplessly swept by the humid, stifling currents that crashed against her eardrum and scrambled every nerve in her brain.

She couldn’t think of anything else.

Clear strands of drool trickled from the corner of her mouth, and she wasn’t even aware that she was softly moaning.

Finally, she completely gave in.

Her body slumped, her face resignedly buried in Lantis’s chest, and in a voice overly soft and delicate, she said, “I-I was wrong, Demon King…”

“Hm? Wrong about what?”

Lantis teased, her voice taunting.

At this point, Su Mo was utterly helpless.

Hearing Lantis’s provocative words, she could only swallow her pride and plead, “Wrong for making you angry.”

“Why would I know that I’m angry?”

What surprised her was that this sly woman wasn’t done playing yet, still wearing that mischievous smirk and tone.

“Then tell me, why would I be angry?”

Lantis raised an eyebrow, feigning innocence, her eyes full of playful mischief.

Su Mo clenched her fists tighter.

She took a deep breath and forced down the emotions that were about to explode inside her.

‘Stay calm, Su Mo. She could crush you like an ant. You absolutely can’t win.’

Once she regained control of her mind, she replied, “I didn’t use the hair tie the Demon King gave me. I didn’t follow your orders.”

“And?”

“And… I didn’t respect the Demon King.”

Lantis chuckled softly twice before finally releasing the arms wrapped tightly around Su Mo’s waist.

Her hand then slowly slid behind Su Mo, grasping the red hair tie, tugging it off with a gentle pull.

A lock of dark hair spilled loose. Lantis smoothed the silky strands before tying it up again, this time using her own hair tie.

“Demon King, could you give me back that hair tie…?”

Lantis chuckled lightly, slowly uttering two words — “You may.”

Just as Su Mo reached out to take the hair tie from Lantis’s hand, Lantis deliberately dodged.

Su Mo looked at her in confusion, then heard her say, “But you have to hold it with your mouth.”

Su Mo’s face was full of impatience.

But she had already been thoroughly tormented and didn’t want to waste any more time playing games with this woman.

There were many matters waiting for her in the tribe.

Thinking this, she lowered her head and opened her slightly parted lips, ready to take the hair tie from Lantis’s hand.

But before her lips could touch it, Lantis dodged again on purpose.

What on earth was she trying to do?!

Suppressing her frustration, Su Mo said in a low voice, “Demon King, please stop teasing me. I have many things to take care of in my tribe. If you don’t want to give it back, I’ll leave now.”

“Give? Of course I’ll give it back. I’m not attached to this thing.”

At this, a teasing gleam returned to her eyes.

Then, right in front of Su Mo, she bit the circular hair tie between her lips, leaving only a quarter of it exposed.

Her eyes twinkled with amusement as she stared unblinkingly into Su Mo’s eyes, the message unmistakably clear.

‘This woman!!!’

Su Mo was nearly driven mad with anger, and the three tails flicking behind her showed it plainly.

She took a deep breath, held it, and slowly brought her lips closer.

Warm breath brushed her face.

The purple eyes so close were terrifyingly deep; she felt if she stared any longer, she would fall into them and never come back.

Her lips gently clamped the hair tie, slowly pulling the slightly damp ring from Lantis’s mouth.

Fortunately, nothing inappropriate was touched during the process, or she would have been tormented even more.

“What a pity.”

“A pity? What for?”

Su Mo disdainfully put the hair tie into her pocket and quickly wiped her mouth.

“Don’t you really want to know what my lips taste like?”

Lantis said, pointing at her own lips, her voice sultry.

“Do you really want me to recite the Demon Clan’s 50th rule again?”

With that, Su Mo stood up and strode toward the door, ignoring Lantis’s protests.

“Oh, come spend more time with me. Why are you in such a rush to leave?”

“Go wash your ears!!”
