“Enough!” Jin Ping’s face turned ashen.
“What? You don’t even let people say someone’s bad?” Jiang Ke’er raised an eyebrow.
“Bad? I, Jin Ping, admit that I’m bad, but that’s only compared to Master and Yiqin Peak Master of Lingyin Valley!” Jin Ping tossed aside the Lingqi Needle in his hand and shouted angrily, “But you, a mere novice junior disciple, what right do you have, what face do you have to lecture me?”
“I originally thought I didn’t,” Jiang Ke’er sighed, then her expression darkened, “but I just inspected the sutured area… what kind of trash work is this?”
“Trash?” Jin Ping seemed to have heard the world’s biggest joke.
“It’s trash. You spent so much time just to stitch one arm, and not only that… you caused secondary damage to the delicate tissues inside during repeated suturing!” Jiang Ke’er snapped.
She normally wouldn’t lose her temper or swear so easily, but having just observed his technique up close, she was furious.
She had only been learning for a day, just a poor little novice, yet she could effortlessly repair and seal all the meridians of these cultivators perfectly… and this Jin Ping was already a powerful figure at the Seven Luminaries realm!
He was experienced in medicine, and his cultivation was far stronger than hers. How could he be worse than her?
So, this big shot must have been deliberately not treating seriously! Intentionally harming the foundation of the Taiming Sect disciples’ cultivation!
He showed no heart of a healer at all!
Otherwise, he was just ridiculously bad, worse than a kindergartener, yet such a lousy guy actually dared to smugly trample on her face!
Either way, it was unforgivable!
Jin Ping laughed bitterly from anger. “Fine, you say I’m incompetent, then show me proof! Let the world see what kind of medical cultivation meets your standards! You, a junior disciple who doesn’t know her place, what merit do you have… hic.”
Jin Ping’s words suddenly cut off as he stared blankly behind Jiang Ke’er.
A heavily injured cultivator lying on the ground rubbed his eyes, yawned, then stretched.
He sat up confused and mumbled, “What’s going on? Why are there so many people? The sun’s so high already… Crap, I’m on guard duty today! I’m gonna get scolded again!”
The cultivator suddenly jumped up, bursting ten feet into the air, his agility shocking the surrounding disciples from both sects.
“Eh? Weird, I feel stronger… Whoa, why am I naked!”
The awakened cultivator screamed in panic, curling up as he looked around, shouting anxiously, “What’s going on? Why are there still so many Hall of the Wild Dragon disciples here? Hey, I know you guys over there! You’re the ones who butchered me into a cripple in my nightmare!”
“Wait!” The cultivator suddenly froze, as if having figured something out.
He carefully examined his body suspiciously.
“Could it be that it wasn’t a nightmare? It was real? But why am I fine?”
He checked himself thoroughly and confirmed there wasn’t even a scar, then hurriedly tried to wake his junior fellow disciple lying naked nearby—he remembered this junior disciple had also been kidnapped and crippled like him.
“Junior Brother, wake up!”
While checking his fellow disciple’s wounds, he shook him hard to wake him up.
“Stop it, Senior Brother, I dreamed I broke through my cultivation, my whole body warm and comfortable, so good…” the other murmured, then impatiently turned over.
“Don’t embarrass yourself! What dream nonsense!” the first cultivator shouted furiously. “Do you know you were almost butchered into a cripple?”
“Huh? That wasn’t a dream?”
The cultivator on the ground seemed to have a button pressed and suddenly stood up, bumping heads with the first cultivator with a sharp “bang.”
“Ouch… Senior Brother, stop fooling me, where are my injuries?” the latter complained.
He bounced around, even swinging out a sword qi slash.
Everyone clearly saw the true qi flowing smoother than ever, and the sword qi was even stronger than before!
“Eh? I broke through?!” He was stunned.
Scenes like this kept repeating.
The Taiming Sect cultivators who had been lying on the ground, barely alive and despairing, all began to examine their bodies in amazement, trying out various difficult techniques.
They had thought their lives were over, that living was worse than dying, but after waking, they found their bodies refreshed—even stronger than before!
Gradually, injured cultivators stood one by one, overwhelmed by joy after surviving such a disaster. Careless of their appearances, they celebrated naked, casting spell after spell into the sky, turning them into fireworks.
“It’s as if the Celestial Emperor has manifested!”
“What on earth happened? Could it be that Lingyin Valley’s medical arts have become this powerful?”
“The young lady of Lingyin Valley really is reliable! Sworn to protect Lingyin Valley!”
“Sworn to protect Lingyin Valley!”
Unlike the jubilant atmosphere inside, the disciples from both sects outside were silent, their minds struggling to comprehend.
The Taiming Sect side was ecstatic, lost for words.
The sudden miracle and surprise were completely unexpected.
They had been ready to lose face, money, and life… but this event turned everything upside down!
Though they didn’t know what secret the little junior sister was hiding… it was just so awesome! Well done!
Little Junior Sister is number one in the world!
The Hall of the Wild Dragon side was completely opposite.
Their sect members were usually arrogant and aggressive, always acting boldly, but now they were all hiding their heads, their faces like they had eaten something awful, both angry and confused.
“This…” Jin Ping stared blankly at the surrounding cultivators, unable to say a word.
Harboring his last hope, he rushed to check those cultivators’ bodies, but every result was perfect, even more resilient and vigorous than before!
This drove him into madness. “This is impossible! This totally violates the laws of Heaven and Earth!”
“Hall of the Wild Dragon seniors, I have a word of advice,” Jiang Ke’er smiled brightly and faced the Hall of the Wild Dragon disciples.
The Hall of the Wild Dragon disciples glared at her with eyes almost shooting flames, their throats full of filthy words, but none could be uttered… they didn’t even have the face to retort now, or they would lose too badly!
“If you’re trash, then don’t provoke others.” Jiang Ke’er said with a smile, “And thank you all for choosing me, the weakest little junior sister. Much appreciated.”
Iron Prison Elder almost spat a mouthful of old blood at her words.
Jiang Ke’er was the opponent he had personally chosen.
He originally thought it was a sure win.
But…
Damn it!
“No! You’re cheating! You must be cheating!” Jin Ping screamed hysterically, hair disheveled.
“Those people definitely weren’t injured! Either you swapped them out, or you used some illusion technique—they were never hurt in the first place!”
Jiang Ke’er turned around, tilting her head to look at Jin Ping.
“Senior, then tell me, this senior brother you’re treating right now, he must have been injured, right? He’s not an illusion, is he?”
“He’s not!” Jin Ping said firmly. “If you’re so capable, then heal him too! Right in front of me and everyone else!”
Jiang Ke’er smiled faintly.
“Then please take a good look!”
