“Miss, what happened?!”

The maid guarding outside the door rushed over at the sound of the commotion, only to see—

Jiang Cheng shrank in the corner, secretly observing Lin Shuangxue.

Her black hair was neatly draped over her shoulders, her profile lines sharp and cold, her eyelashes long, and her lips, when pressed together, resembled a sheathed knife. She wore a well-tailored black outfit of an indescribable style, as if she had stepped off a magazine cover.

If she weren’t kidnapping me right now, I’d probably think she looks really good…
