Chapter 153: Philina Has a Way

Philina’s nose stung. 

“Lady Gabriella…”

Lady Gabriella gave her a familiar and warm feeling.

It was as if she hadn’t been controlled, and the Goddess was still her original self.

“It’s not your fault. I… I was too impulsive.”

Philina nodded slightly, but Gabriella’s next words left her somewhat dazed.

“No, Miss Philina wanted to seal the evil god for the sake of humanity and the heavenly oracle envoys.”

She wanted to know what information Philina, as a heavenly oracle envoy, intended to tell her.

Before she had taken more than a few steps, Isabella came walking up to meet her.

Lady Isabella wore a gorgeous black evening dress. 

Her slender yet voluptuous figure was wrapped in tight fabric that made one’s blood race. 

A fair thigh peeked out from beneath the luxurious skirt, and her captivating gaze seemed to hook Gabriella’s soul.

So beautiful.

Gabriella had always thought that the idiot Demon King’s figure and appearance were the best in the world.

Isabella “scolded” in a voice that was one-third complaint and seven-tenths doting: “Wife, I’d much rather you rest in the bedroom. I’ll eat breakfast with you in there too.”

Gabriella was momentarily speechless.

The idiot master often thought this way, just like during the previous conversation with Olivia.

“Then I command you: today, you are only allowed to rest in the bedroom, take care of your body, and not go out.”

Isabella commanded.

She was just talking big.

“Yes~”

Gabriella pretended to accept the order and nodded slightly, which finally made Isabella show a happy expression.

However, she was still somewhat disappointed.

But she never expected Lady Isabella to “retaliate” in the same manner:

Even though she had expected such a meaningless reply, Gabriella still lowered her head involuntarily and gripped Isabella’s hand a little tighter.

For some reason, today’s Isabella felt very strange.

For a brief instant, Gabriella released a suffocating chill, but Philina didn’t notice it at all.
