“Your Golden Vertical Pupils are too conspicuous. Anyone who sees them will know you’re not human. Can you hide them?” Xiadam suddenly said.
The children at the Camp are all close to me. In fact, it’s you who seems less human.” Sheffield retorted.
“What do you mean? What part of me doesn’t look human?” Xiadam grew anxious.
“You’re getting anxious, but don’t be. Let me give it a try.” Sheffield really could change her eye color, hiding her beast-like vertical pupils and turning them into a pair of Deep Red Eyes.
“Anyone can still tell you’re not human at a glance!” Xiadam immediately questioned, still unconvinced.
“I’m not changing them anymore! I want Silver Hair and Red Eyes! You don’t understand people at all! People are weak, but have too much gear! And too many demands!” Sheffield was angry now too.
“You! You, you… Hoo~ I mustn’t get angry. A Magician must keep a calm heart.” Xiadam was so furious that smoke seemed to rise from her head, but she forced herself to calm down.
I honestly don’t know if she loves him/her, just follows him/her around for the hell of it, or what’s going on, this story is really weird. Also the main character, as a half dragon is unbearably weak? that seems… odd for this kind of story?
