After starting the day as usual by sweating it out (dalian) with Gordon, Dariann was lost in thought as he walked down the hallway.

Ever since that day, Freya had been avoiding Dariann.

And the moment they stripped off half their clothes, shared a deep kiss, and gently stroked their throbbing rods.

As I stood there in the hallway, reminiscing about that troubling day, my ego-appealing alter ego moved to the wall and pressed itself against it, just in case anyone was watching.

Since his transition from female to male, Dariann hasn’t had any major complaints.

Dariann, her wife and now her husband.

Freya loves Dariann.

Freya, who was still on edge from the unfamiliar emotions she experienced during that incident, decided to continue avoiding Dariann until she could clearly understand her own heart.  

Fortunately, with the children and Tene away, she believed it wouldn’t be too difficult to keep her distance.  

But what Freya didn’t realize was that one of the reasons she fell for Dariann in the first place was because of his unpredictable nature—always straightforward and easy to read in daily life, yet capable of completely unexpected actions when it mattered most.

As Freya reached for her pen to refocus on her work, the office door suddenly flew open with a loud crash, startling her so much she dropped the pen.  

“…You?”  

“L-Lord Dariann?”  

“W-What brings you here?”  

Freya turned her wide eyes toward the doorway, mumbling in disbelief. The person who had barged in, forcefully swinging the door open as though to destroy it, was none other than Dariann—the very person she had just resolved to keep her distance from.  

“Alright, everyone. I know you’re all busy, but something important has come up.”  

Standing boldly in the doorway, Dariann scanned the room briefly before speaking.  

“There’s going to be a very private conversation between husband and wife. Clear the room, now.”  

“…What?”  

Freya blinked in shock at the unexpected declaration, while the other occupants of the office exchanged puzzled glances.  

“Pardon? What are you—”  

“Understood, Lord Dariann. Call for us if you need anything.”  

“Y-Yes, sir! Hey, you too, let’s go!”  

“Uh… b-but the documents! I haven’t finished—”  

“Do it later! Let’s move!”  

Before Freya could even protest, her subordinates—already attuned to Dariann’s no-nonsense attitude—hurriedly dragged a flustered Common out of the room, leaving behind an almost comical trail of panic.  

Thud. 

The door slammed shut, and suddenly the office felt much larger, now containing only Freya and Dariann.  

“You and I need to talk.”  

“T-Talk? About what?”  

“What else? You’ve been avoiding me constantly lately.”  

“Th-that’s…! That’s just…! Maybe it’s your imagination…?”  

“Are you seriously going to keep lying to my face? You know I hate being left in the dark about something this frustrating.”

Dariann strode across the room with heavy, deliberate steps, placing his hand firmly on Freya’s desk as he loomed over her.  

“What’s the problem? Huh? What’s making you avoid me like this?”  

“I… I can’t say.”  

Dariann leaned in close, his face inches from hers, his piercing gaze demanding an answer. But Freya, unable to voice the truth, turned her head away in a mixture of shame and stubbornness.  

“…Oh, so that’s how you want to play this?” Dariann muttered, his tone carrying both irritation and determination.

Dariann’s brow furrowed at Freya’s behavior, at her refusal to talk to him, even when he’d avoided meeting her at all costs, even when he’d considered coming to meet her in person to have a heart-to-heart.

“Well, let’s see if she won’t say something.”

“What…? Uh, uh, uh…! Now, wait…!”

Deciding that he had to take extraordinary measures to break her tightly closed mouth, Dariann immediately grabbed Freya by the waist and lifted her from the chair she was sitting in, and although Freya’s suddenly stiffened body squirmed in embarrassment, she was unable to escape Dariann’s grasp.

For now, all he could think about was how to get Freya to talk.

“I’m not going to stop until you do, so be prepared.”

At Dariann’s comment, Freya realized that he would not stop tickling her until she spoke, and she finally gave in.

When the tickling was over and Freya wiped away the tears from her eyes, she turned her head away as if in shame, but Dariann flicked her ears and shouted back.

“So, why did you avoid me so long, did you hate it so much back then?”

Once Freya had gotten her tickling disorder somewhat under control, Dariann cut to the chase.

Realizing that Freya was probably uncomfortable with her husband touching her genitals as a man, Daryan tried to keep the conversation going by recalling the incident.

Blushing, Freya nodded, overcoming her shame and embarrassment because the kiss she shared with Dariann felt so good.

Dariann stared at Freya with a dazed expression for a moment, unable to contain how utterly lovable she was.

And so, a moment of reconciliation arrived, melting away the tension between the couple.
