Feeling Ron’s undisguised look of disdain, Crasis flared up in anger.

Why was he the one making that face?

Wasn’t she the one who should be looking like that?

Crasis was full of frustration.

But even through the frustration, She managed a calm smile.

“Forget it, there’s no need to stoop to a loser like him.”

“Do you take this man as your husband?”

Faced with the priest’s solemn question, Crasis placed her hand on the Bible.

“Looks like we’re one big family now!”

Ron wrapped his left arm around Crasis, And his right arm around Renis.

Renis had imagined countless reactions Ron might have — But this… this was not one of them!

Completely blindsided,He let out a terrified scream and jumped off the bed!

“Y-You… You’re a damn perv, aren’t you?!”

Renis stared at Ron in horror.

Ron, looking just as shocked, pointed at himself.

“Me?”

“How could I be a perv?!”

“My wife is her — not you!”

“What I meant was, from now on, we’ll both be Crasis’s husbands.”

“But let’s get one thing straight.”

“I’m the main spouse.”

“I get the front door, you take the back.”

As soon as he said it—

Crasis, who had been frozen in shock, finally screamed!

“AAAAAHHH!!”

“What the hell are you saying?!”

“Get out! Get out!!”

Shrieking, Crasis grabbed anything within reach and hurled it at Ron.

She recalled the Ron from her childhood — gentle, kind, like an older brother — and now it just felt absurd.

He didn’t love her?

Ron, on the other hand, looked like he’d seen a ghost.

He hadn’t even lost his cool over the fact they were getting it on in the marriage bed —

But her narcissistic assumption that he was in love with her? 

That actually got under his skin.

“Oh my god— You… You seriously think that highly of yourself?!”

“You think I was trying to manipulate you?”

“You were the one constantly clinging to me, begging to play that damn house game every day!”

“If it weren’t for our families forcing this engagement, I would’ve kicked you into the stratosphere ages ago!”

Ron’s outburst left Crasis stunned.

It was the first time she had ever heard Ron speak so harshly about their past.

“W-What did you just say?”

She clutched her head.

Flashes of the past flickered through her mind —

That warm, gentle Ron…The Ron who always gave in to her…Who treated her like a real big brother would…

Could it be that all of that… wasn’t some ploy to win her over when she was just a little girl?

Was it really not love, but just… him putting up with her?

That realization made her sick.

That fake, two-faced Ron from back then —She had loathed that version of him precisely because she believed he was pretending to love her!

“You… You’re lying!”

“All that stuff about our families — lies!”

“You never liked me? Yeah right!”

“Where’s the proof?!”

“Show me the proof!!”

The more she remembered, the angrier she got.

She glared at Ron, demanding answers.

Ron just sneered:

“You want proof?”

“How about the love letter you wrote me?”

“I turned you down, clear as day, didn’t I?”

“Don’t twist the story later and act like I confessed to you!”

“That letter’s still in my desk drawer, by the way!”

Hearing Ron’s words, Crasis closed her eyes in pain.

She could shamelessly deny a lot of things.

But real memories don’t lie.

That day, she had confessed first — and Ron had gently turned her down.

Seeing Crasis speechless, Ron let out a mocking laugh.

“So yeah, we were never even close.”

“To put it nicely — I never loved you.”

“To put it bluntly — lady, who the hell even are you to me?”

His words were harsh. Disgusting even.

They were the truth.

Hearing Renis’s desperate attempt to redirect her, Crasis suddenly latched onto it like a drowning person grabbing a rope.
