Ailin immediately reacted.
As a seasoned Level 15 adventurer, she was very familiar with the magic beasts around Border Town.
Head-hunting eagles were Level 1 to 5 magic beasts.
A single one was weak, but when they appeared in a flock, it meant a fierce battle was about to begin.
However, when she turned around, Ailin saw that Li Si wasn’t nervous at all.

Only when Lili Ya threw the chili powder did she notice that the hands were wrapped in bandages.
She was a bit curious about the origin of those bandages, but she felt she could guess how they got there.
She turned to look at Li Si. Seeing Li Si’s expressionless face, she tentatively asked, “You… how did you know?”
“Observation.”
Li Si replied lightly, then after a moment added, “Pay attention to the people and things around you, and you’ll always gain something.”
“Mmm…” Ailin nodded.
She was really a bit unwilling to admit it.
She had thought she knew a lot about fighting magic beasts, but she had never imagined such a simple way to drive them away.
Against these low-level magic beasts, this method was far more useful than fighting.
But… that last remark felt a bit strange.
Ailin thought for a moment and looked around.
Everything seemed normal.
Li Si understood.

Even Yadana had entered some kind of philosophical state.

Yadana was sitting at the highest point of the wagon, staring solemnly at the three people in front of the wagon.

“Boss.” Yadana suddenly turned with a grave expression.

With a sneeze, Yadana knocked herself off the wagon and landed heavily on the ground.
With a look of unwilling martyrdom, tears and snot streaming, she pounded the ground with her little fists and passionately declared, “Damn it! Next time, I’ll definitely hold it in!”
Li Si looked up at the sky, feeling a bit dazed.
‘What am I expecting?’
