The ferocious man, the seductive woman, the black fatty, plus the cane-leaning old man from the Hall of Shadows, the deer-headed giant, and the assassin lurking in the surrounding shadows, waiting for an opportunity to strike.
Enya faced six enemies, but her expression did not waver at all.
After she told them to come at her together, the three local thugs moved first, attacking together.
A crimson blood aura coiled around the ferocious man’s sturdy body.
He lifted a black-red greatsword, creating a huge scarlet arc in the air as a powerful strike fell straight toward Enya.
Enya lightly turned the longsword in her right hand and aimed straight at the red light.
The silver-white light collided with the scarlet aura.
With an explosive thunder, the ferocious man flew backward, his face full of shock.
Enya had merely lifted her hand to block, but the force behind it was beyond his imagination.
Enya watched the ferocious man retreat a certain distance but did not pursue. Although she needed to go to the north of the city, she was in no hurry.
She was curious about what tricks the Hall of Shadows had, and she might as well clean up these rat leaders.
She shifted her gaze, raised her left hand, and released a Bladeless Sword Qi slash. A huge fissure opened in the ground.
The Seventh Tier assassin hidden in the shadows used the Shadow Exchange Spell to swap places the moment he thrust his dagger, predicting the Bladeless Sword Qi that Enya had instinctively unleashed.
But even though he dodged the previous attack, he still suffered a sliver of soul damage, which made the assassin wary of Enya.
Enya’s Sword Qi could cut through to him hidden within the shadows!
After all, the inside and outside of the shadows were not the same world. Two spaces that should have been isolated were both struck at the same time…
Enya raised her longsword and three Sword Qi slashes shattered the shadows released by the cane-leaning old man. The cane-leaning old man’s eyes went wide.
He was shocked that his painstakingly collected powerful shadows could not reassemble after being attacked; they simply collapsed and dissipated.
Normally, this required repeated killing, but Enya had done it with just three slashes.
“This woman is damn strange. Her silver Sword Qi is very ominous!”
The seductive woman had already darted to Enya’s side. She leaned in close and glimpsed Enya’s true face beneath her cloak.
The woman licked her bright red lips and spoke in a very seductive voice.
“What a beauty. Want to have some fun with big sister in bed?”
“Others will beat you to death first.”
Enya’s pale golden eyes showed no emotion, making the seductive woman’s hair stand on end. Her ultimate soul-charming techniques seemed to have no effect on Enya at all.
The seductive woman’s outstretched hand was only ten centimeters away from touching Enya’s face.
Her three-centimeter-long purple-pink nails were extremely sharp, as if with a little force they could leave several bright red blood marks on Enya’s smooth, fair cheek skin.
But that distance was hard to cross. Enya lifted her foot and kicked the woman in the abdomen. She had gone out wearing stiletto heels.
This kick directly caused the woman’s Magic Power to churn, making it difficult for her to control her magic for a short time.
The seductive woman rather embarrassingly slammed into the wall of the building opposite.
The wall of that building was pierced by her body, creating a large hole, and then a series of noises came from inside the house.
Enya casually swung her sword. The deer-skull, black-bodied creature was leaping high with both fists descending.
The result was that Enya’s earlier sword slash severed its arms, and its body crashed directly into the building beneath Enya’s feet.
Because its body was too large, it caused the entire house to teeter dangerously.
Enya jumped to the top of the adjacent three-story building.
“Bladeless.” She looked up at the previous house and released hundreds of Sword Qi slashes, mincing that building along with the deer-skull giant beast.
Then, Enya turned her gaze to the cane-leaning old man who had spoken of her special qualities.
Feeling her gaze, cold sweat poured from the old man’s forehead. He hurriedly opened the black mud pool beneath his feet and released all the shadows stored within.
‘If I hold back any more, I might not survive today.’
His expression grim, he roared in a low voice.
“You’d better not hold back. Bring out all your tricks!”
The Sword Qi swirling around Enya killed the hidden poisonous insects. Then she saw that a thin layer of fog had risen here, and the fog carried a faint fragrance.
“Heh, didn’t I say poison is useless on me?”
Not far away, the black fatty was exhaling thick white mist. This white mist was similar to what was seen in White Stone City, as white smoke condensed into withered humanoid creatures.
The mist monsters charged at Enya without fear, joining the cane-leaning old man’s shadow army to form a black-and-white mixed force.
The quantity was astonishing; the surrounding area was instantly filled with these creatures. Their combat power was very low, but their only purpose was to deplete Enya’s magic.
They believed that the special effect in Enya’s Sword Qi had a consumption limit and could not be used indefinitely. Therefore, they decided to first adopt a war of attrition.
Enya saw through that intention at a glance. She manifested her Golden Red Dragon Eyes, and a trace of dragon aura emanated from her body.
A faint purple-pink flickered in her deep vertical pupils, and then all the black-and-white monsters surging toward Enya came to a halt.
Enya used the new special ability she had gained after absorbing the Fragment of Desire. Desire Demon Eye!
Earlier, Enya had sensed a power of the same origin in the seductive woman. The Lustful Demon Eye that woman used had the same effect, but her Spirit Power was too weak to achieve a higher-level application.
She could only make others fall in love with her.
With her Ninth Tier Spirit Power, Enya could control this power with ease.
She further used the Breaking Illusion effect of her dragon eyes to see through falsehoods and directly implant the desires she specified into those creatures’ bodies.
This was the ultimate enhanced version of the Lustful Demon Eye—Enya’s Desire Demon Eye.
Those frozen black-and-white humanoids now ignored their summoners’ commands and began attacking each other.
They had intended to wear down Enya, but instead suffered the consequences themselves.
“What’s going on?!”
Both the cane-leaning old man and the black fatty were extremely shocked by this sight.
A hint of a smile curved on Enya’s lips.
With her strength, even a stone could be made to go into heat! Let alone these man-made puppets?
Just as she was enjoying the show, the deer-skulled giant stood up from the ruins of the building that Enya’s Bladeless had minced into pieces.
The bandages on its body were completely shattered, and golden characters were carved on its charred black body.
Enya turned her head to look and blinked.
Although the black giant looked humanoid, it had no reproductive organs, and its body had many suture lines.
“Quite a fast growth rate,” she said with a smile.
This deer-headed giant was clearly a fake demon Wendigo.
It had already died once; Enya had indeed chopped it and the building together. But this thing, relying on its ability to rapidly regenerate flesh, had now stood up again.
Under Enya’s gaze, the deer-headed giant, whose body had grown to six or seven meters tall, opened its mouth and roared loudly at her.
Enya flashed in front of the fake demon Wendigo and punched its broad chest with a small pink fist.
Though it was a small pink fist, the force sent the Wendigo hurtling like a ball toward the northern city gate.
At that moment, enemies attacked from three directions.
The ferocious man’s eyes were bloodshot, and fangs protruded from his open mouth, seemingly entering some kind of berserk state.
“Similar to the Blood Elves, but this guy’s bloodline seems very mixed. His upper limit is locked at Sixth-rank Peak.”
Enya made an assessment.
The seductive woman had changed her appearance.
From the original licentious mature woman look, her clothes were gone, her body was exposed, her charming figure was extremely alluring, and her skin was cold white.
Her two large mounds were wrapped in a layer of black that stuck to her skin, and this black also transformed into long gloves and stockings.
The nails on her hands emitted a pink glow and had changed from normal nails into spikes.
Behind the seductive woman, a pair of small black wings resembling a bat’s grew, and a black heart-shaped tail swayed behind her butt, with a pink little spike at the tip of the heart.
“Oh, a Succubus?”
Enya recognized it immediately: half of this woman’s bloodline came from the Demon Race.
In the southern part of the West Wind Empire, in cities bordering the Demon Race, there were many Succubi doing business.
The brave men of the West Wind often visited Succubus shops, treating it as fighting the Demon Race.
When Enya went there herself, she had even encountered students from Talrond Academy who had their wallets and energy drained by local Succubi, resulting in failing their assessments and being forced to repeat a grade.
Ahh~ ‘Why am I always thinking about the past lately?’
Just now, in the blink of an eye, under the siege of two Sixth-rank Peak and one Seventh Tier, Enya only relied on reflexes to fight.
Three imposing attacks—black, red, and pink—all struck the silver-white circular barrier enveloping Enya.
Crack! The barrier shattered.
The ferocious man and the half-Succubus woman were both overjoyed at this moment. Only the Seventh Tier assassin used Shadow Exchange in an instant to escape from Enya’s vicinity.
With a light laugh from Enya, countless blood wounds split open on the ferocious man’s body, and in an instant, he turned into a bloody mess.
The half-Succubus woman wanted to flee, but Enya was already standing before her. In those golden-red vertical pupils, a faint purple-pink light glowed.
Rumble!
The ground was shaking. A huge figure came charging straight from the north.
That fake demon Wendigo from the Hall of Shadows had grown again, its body now over ten meters tall.
As it charged, darkness spread behind it.
Enya turned her head with some impatience and horizontally slashed at this thing.
“Kshana.”
The giant that had been charging just now was left with only its lower body. The upper half of this Wendigo was nowhere to be found.
The surrounding buildings also had their upper halves cut off, but their lower halves remained intact. This scene stunned everyone present.
That sword strike truly happened in an instant.
They only realized Enya had attacked after the Wendigo was slain.
