Chapter 58: What Does the Priest Like?

After listening to Greens’s instructions, the assassins chuckled, their expressions dismissive.

They were Azure Gold Assassins of the Moon Shadow Society, no weaker than Judgment Executors. If they attacked from the shadows, they would even have the upper hand.

So they didn’t take this matter to heart and instead said to Greens.

“You make sure you don’t get exposed. When we come out of the secret passage, we’ll need your support.”

“No problem.”

Greens nodded, his expression still that calm demeanor.

The two groups began coordinating the plan, unaware of Eleanor hiding in the shadows.

“A pleasure cooperating with you, Father Greens. Just wait here for our good news.”

After the assassins finished laughing, Greens said.

“Don’t forget the payment I asked you for.”

“The little boy you requested—we’ve already found a suitable candidate. There’s a decent young man at the North City Orphanage, named George, I believe. I’m sure you’ll like him.”

With that, the assassins burst into laughter, until Greens coughed twice and said.

“Keep it down. It’ll be trouble if someone’s outside.”

“Relax. With our perception, even if a fly passed by, we’d hear it clearly.”

Compared to Eleanor, the assassins displayed not confidence but arrogance.

Soon, they disappeared into the shadows.

After confirming they were gone, Eleanor, who had been watching, darkened her expression, clearly in a bad mood.

That was the North City Orphanage.

By 3:00 PM, Eleanor followed Anderson into the core area of the Temple Knights.
