“But at least the goal was achieved.”

The time to unite all the test takers in the league and besiege the Penglai Immortal Ship had arrived.

As the final prompt faded, the scenery before Su Fu’s eyes instantly became blurred and distorted.

The wooden deck of the ship turned into pitch-black rocky ground, and a bone-chilling yin wind blew against her face.

When everything became clear again, the scenery before her was completely different.

Just then, a black-clad Underworld officer suddenly discovered them.

The officer had a pale, ashen face, sunken eyes, and hollowed cheeks, holding a rusted hook-knife.

The Howling Celestial Dog bared its teeth, blocking Su Fu’s front, ready to pounce and tear this reckless fellow apart at any moment.

However, as the officer drew near, his expression changed drastically.

“P-Patrol Inspector!” The officer flopped to his knees, his forehead pressed against the ground.

“This subordinate failed to recognize your greatness! I have offended you, please forgive me!”

Howling Celestial Dog: “?”

‘Huh? An authority figure? Su Fu actually had connections in the Underworld too!’ 

No, she had an official rank?

She was a General on the ship… and an Official in the Underworld?

The Howling Celestial Dog’s expression changed instantly, its eyes widening.

The rank of Patrol Inspector was one of the reasons she had selected the Underworld map.

The third level was the Iron Tree Hell, where sinners were hung from trees covered in sharp blades, sliced until they were riddled with holes and bleeding incessantly.

The fourth level was the Mirror of Retribution Hell, where the sins of one’s life were shown in a mirror—
Su Fu became more and more shocked the further she went. 

These anomalies had actually built it to this extent!

When they reached the ninth level, the Boiling Oil Hell, the officer introduced it with a proud expression: “Please look, Inspector. The construction of the Eighteen Levels of Hell is more than halfway done.”

“Although the nine levels below are not yet fully built, I believe that in time, the entire Eighteen Levels of Hell will be fully realized!”
