Chapter 20: Dorm Drama and the Demon King’s Fate

Chiyang spoke as she patted the passenger seat of the motorcycle, calling out to Joey, who was lying on the ground:

“Joey! Come on! Let’s go for a ride! It’s even more thrilling than flying on a Dragon!!”

Although for someone like Joey, who’s a stats monster, it didn’t really hurt…

But getting sent flying still felt pretty tough to handle.

Ahh…this idiot…

Even though Joey really wanted to curse at Chiyang right now, he forced himself to maintain his gentlemanly demeanor in front of the stern beauty.

So he held back his anger with a pout.

“Joey, why is your face so red…?”

Chiyang tilted her head, looking at Joey.

“None of your business…”

The shota turned his face away.

Chiyang got off the motorcycle, and without Magic infusing it, the motorcycle instantly transformed back into a giant sword.

The red-haired beauty Chiyang then effortlessly slung it over her shoulder.

“What a classic musclehead idiot from a female-dominated world…”

Joey rolled his eyes at Chiyang and muttered.

And so…

This simple student free-for-all ended amidst the trio’s banter.

Chiyang’s performance stood out the most, and she entered the Warrior Academy as a top student.

Aiki ranked second.

Since she held back her strength and used some Magic during the training, the Teacher judged her to have more talent as a Mage than a Warrior.

Only Joey…

Although he didn’t do much during this student free-for-all, since Aiki and Chiyang—his teammates—could use such outrageous power, all the Teachers concluded it was due to Joey providing Sage Divine Blessing from behind.

Thus, Joey was naturally assigned to the Sage he hated most…

In Joey’s dormitory…

“I don’t want it!! I absolutely don’t want to join the Poetry Recitation Club!!! Praising the Goddess every day for this and that…”

Joey wailed, clutching his head and rolling himself up in his blanket.

The shota propped his head with his hand, looking bored.

Aiki shook her head, then said:

“I heard from the Teachers that the new Saint Child will be born in this school.”

“Saint Child?”

At that moment, Chiyang walked out of the bathroom, freshly bathed and naked, her flawless figure on display.

“What’s a Saint Child?”

“Put on some clothes!!!”

Joey hurriedly turned away from the naked Chiyang, tossing her a shirt.

Chiyang slipped on her clothes.

“In other words, becoming a Saint Child makes you a Hot Weapon among humans—in every sense.”

“If the Saint Child later suffers a mental breakdown, they’ll be killed, their blood drained as a top-tier supplement.”

“If a Hero becomes useless, they’re simply killed, but if it’s a Saint Child, the ending is much more tragic…”

The shota tilted his head.

“I’m the Demon King…”

Chiyang pressed further:

“But…Aiki just said…”

“You’re the only male student in this school…”

“Ha…you idiot…”

Joey was about to keep arguing—

“Wait a second…”

“That idiot…could it be me…?”

“You finally realized, young master…”

Aiki nodded, finishing her Tomato Juice.

“I didn’t expect the Demon King to become a plaything for humanity…”
