The others sighed as well.

Huo En tried to warn his subordinates to escape, but before he could finish, a bone-chilling cold enveloped his body.

His final thought floated up before the cold swallowed his consciousness into darkness.

If Huo En hadn’t lost consciousness, he would have seen that all his companions were frozen in solid ice.

Their expressions ranged from fear, confusion, and bewilderment, to scorn. But now, they had all become dazzling, crystal-clear Ice Sculptures.

Of course, that included Huo En.

Su Lihua looked at the frozen figures, then turned to Bai Shuanglian.

“To freeze Devils so easily without even a chance to resist—are you really just a Golden Core Stage Cultivator? I don’t think even a Nascent Soul Stage Cultivator could pull that off.”

Bai Shuanglian didn’t reply, but Ling Xiaoyou beside her was proud, as if those words were praise for herself.

“Then let’s not waste time and get started.”
