Blood was smeared onto Flosi’s lips, entering her mouth.

Ivy gritted her teeth, completely ignoring the dagger piercing Flosi’s body, and with all her strength, rubbed the blood onto Flosi’s mouth.

Her eyes widened.

“It’s over.”

Ivy collapsed to the ground, unable to dodge sideways.

Flosi’s sword was already stabbing toward her.

Ivy looked at her hands. She never imagined she would slip up here.

Ivy instinctively closed her eyes.

But she didn’t feel any pain.

Opening her eyes, she struggled and looked at Flosi in front of her.

The longsword had twisted sharply and pierced Flosi’s body instead!

Flosi’s voice was weak, but her eyes held the calmness Ivy was familiar with.

Ivy’s heart thudded violently.

She exhaled heavily, knowing this was the final chance.

Using the last bit of magic she had left, Ivy stimulated her nerves, adrenaline surging again.

She struggled to her feet and lunged at Flosi, tackling her to the ground.

The longsword stabbed into the earth.

Ivy ignored whether she was holding the hilt, and pulled the blade straight out.

The sword cut open her palm, which was already almost done bleeding, and blood flowed freely.

Ivy pressed her bleeding palm firmly against Flosi’s mouth.

The blood trickled down Flosi’s lips, sliding inside.

But it was not swallowed.

“Damn it!”

The consciousness controlling Flosi resisted swallowing the blood.

This was an outcome Ivy had not anticipated.

Ivy tried pinching Flosi’s mouth open to force the blood in, but found that the blood could at most enter Flosi’s mouth.
