Chapter 29: Misunderstanding

The door closed.

Li Xian took a look around the room in front of him—a bed that was fairly spacious, a table, and the Magic Energy Lamp shone brilliantly.

There was even a bathroom beside it, perfect for taking a bath.

He also hadn’t forgotten to buy a change of clothes.

Thankfully, even in the Imperial Capital, the price of ordinary clothing wasn’t outrageous.

Sara sat beside Li Xian, her head tucked into her shoulders, her face as red as if it had been steamed in a pot.

“Mm.” When Sara heard the words “take a bath,” she forgot her embarrassment and quickly raised her head.

The reason he wanted to protect her was precisely because she was so cute and beautiful, because he liked her, wasn’t it?
